We're only just over halfway through, and I'm already dreading the day that this series ends....will miss giggling like a lovestruck schoolgirl over these two. My new favorite drama of 2023.
I nearly fell out of my chair at that scene! Perfectly done; with each of their expressions and mannerisms expertly placed. Loved that SZ had her heart broken at an airport, and now they both received some of the answers that they needed at another airport. Full circle moment that will allow them to start over on the right foot. :)
Ep 12: Drunk LuSi is my favorite LuSi 😂😂😂 when she says “Do you even have it?” “Things like this…
Hahaha! That was priceless! Loved how you could tell on DJX's face that he was finding her amusingly adorable and yet, tried to keep a straight face because he didn't want to risk upsetting/offending her. Too cute! :)
Can anyone confirm that the person who accompanied DJX to the airport in Ep 7 is actually his boss/supervisor at work? I'm hoping it is, and my eyes aren't playing tricks on me.
My curiosity about this drama got the better of me and I am hooked! I loved Li Jiulin in Youth, but his edgy turn in this is just mesmerizing! This show is so well done even though the storyline is equal parts heat + toxic cringe. It’s also giving me flashbacks of Provoke. Anyone else watch that one?
I really enjoyed the ML's acting in other dramas -- and am SO curious to see him take on an edgier role. BUT I don't like the toxic/abuser type storyline. Adding this one to my list as a "Maybe".

This drama started off so strong. The storyline and the chemistry of the leads was compelling enough for me to temporarily set aside the other dramas I'm watching to binge this. But the ending felt hasty, like they just put something together to wrap it up. What a letdown. Only 7.5 stars for me.
