I was kind of scared this would drag me down a lot more than it eventually did. Fortunately, this had a very nice, heart warming, optimistic touch in my opinion - or at least that's how I interpreted it. Sure, it gives you a heavy dose of existential crisis etc but there is also a good amount of nostalgia that feels very comforting. Bonus: super young Nishijima Hidetoshi, very cute, haha.

Zhang Wan Yi's acting is SO GOOD!! He really has me in a chokehold. The way he conveys emotions with this eyes is so mesmerizing. Whenever he is on screen, I kinda have to hold my breath. Amazing casting choice.

I finally watched this. I was a big fan of "Dating in the kitchen" while it aired and saw sm praise for this movie which it's based on. Unfortunately... I think I am a bit disappointed? I am not sure what it is exactly but yeah.
