So it's not really mortal medicine, because it was the immortals that came up with it and did not want to teach the void realm, which is why they don't allow medicine. The deal with acupuncture though is also similar to how people can knock someone out cold by hitting the right spot though. Even immortals have nerves.

I really like her voice too! I’m not sure why CMC didn’t use his own voice, it doesn’t sound bad to me.
It's probably because he is still new to acting and didn't go to drama school like the other three, so the producer might have felt it best to dub him. I like his own voice though and how he laughs 😄
