I've seen the first 3 episodes now! I can't say much other then that I like the costumes and that I am a bit annoyed that Ren Jia Lun has that voice actor xD I think that particular va is a bit flat and sounds the same everywhere.

Shao Shang is not used to people taking care of her so she did not actually understand his intentions. She also does not know the things we've seen him do like donate to rebuild Hua County, getting her that edict etc. Considering that they have not actually spent much time together at all it is not so strange she does not understand why he likes her so much. What she did do after having that conversation with her mom and hearing Liang Feng talking about him caring for her during the night was really consider the things she knows he has done for her. It is also good to remember that she is only 15 so although she is mature in some ways due to having to rely on herself growing up she is not so mature when it comes to relationship with other people.
