The romance in here is quite slow compared to some other historical dramas for sure. For me I thought it was nice that the romance did not overtake Changges need for revenge. I feel like that is such a popular trope and was glad not to have that particular one in this case.

They won't be a couple :) This is set in three different generations. So we start with Lusi and Neo Hou. Then its Elvira and Liu Huan. The modern day couple will be Guan Xiao Tong and Lin Yi :) Lusi is the mom/grandmother to the other two female leads.

She does not end up with anyone :) Huang Chao will get together with Hua Chun ran. Other then that we do not really have any couples other then the leads.

Anything that is not mango tv subs is fine for me xD

I've just seen her in Fairyland lovers and there she is a modern celebrity :D Such a difference.

I thought it was nice to see them both in this :D Ah Fei is basically the same but third prince smiles more in FIYS.

Imperial Coroner is a nice drama I think :) But the emperors are very different yes xD

First episode was nice. I tend to skip scenes if I get bored but no skipping was done. There is some really nice CGI here.

Second aunt is no more after episode 4 :) The grandma gets less annoying as well and gets funnier over time.

Every fandom has bad eggs which is why it's important that those of us that do engage with other fandoms remain calm so they have no ammunition to use against our angel. We all want to support Lusi peacefully.

The first 4 episodes are quite slow but if you get past that it goes faster and faster the further in you go. There will be less loud older ladies as well. I would recommend you to at least get to episode 10 :) Since this is a very slow paced drama it is impossible to judge it as a whole with just one episode.

Well I guess you and I see differently then :) She has so many different expressions in this so I was really happy that she got the chance to on role.

They were looking for a traffic actor though according to earlier rumors so that might mean they change the plot to accommodate the male lead.
