so CSS is supposed to be smart as hell but she sure is dumb as shit and cant tell when people are using her.....…
As Shao Shang said herself she will treat those who treat her well the same. Is she naive in this sense? Yes. Does that make a person dumb that you want to believe that someone is actually being nice? No.
When she ignored the advise from LBY and involved herself into none of business, implicated everybody to the worst…
The thing is with stubborn people you can't just say "Don't do this. I am saying this for your own good.". IF he had taken the time to explain to her more she would have taken more time to think about how she acted. But SS is impulsive and reckless, and she treats those who are kind to her well so it's not a shock that she wanted to help the Empress or the Crown Prince. Should she have done it this way? No. Change takes time and does not happen overnight. While I do not agree with all her actions I will miss how she used to be once she grows up and no longer finds happiness where she can.
I hope they keep the scene where Lusi and Neo Hous characters wrestle with each other. I have been waiting for it sense I read the interview where he mentioned it xD Hope we can get it soon.
Other dramas like this? When the ml is protective and really loyal to the fl and they don’t break up through…
Not the same genre but The Imperial Coroner is a good project, even though it's a low budget. We have two main leads who care about each other and are really sweet :) It takes some time to get there though but no breakups there.
8.9? Wow! Is it worth to watch? How did the relationship between ML and FL?
So is it worth the watch? That depends on what genres you like watching. Especially part 1 is more a coming of age story and centers a lot on Shao Shangs family. We have less of the male lead in this part, because that is how the novel was written.
We have beautiful sets with great cinematography and directing. Good dialogue and characters that are acting like real people instead of being one dimensional. The first four episodes are slow and there are some loud ladies which made some people drop it after 1-2 episodes. Personally for me things start to move faster from episode five.
If you only want to watch a romance drama, this is not it. It takes time for the "main" romance to form, and you might feel frustrated because it takes a long time to get there.
This is however a project that the crew was very happy working on, and the director himself is very invested in the drama and really cares about his work. So I would suggest this if you don't mind a slower pace where the characters take their time to grow, both as individuals and together.
WeTv used to drop VVIP episodes (were people could pay extra for those episodes) towards the end of popular airing…
Fast tracking was banned. However tencent was sneaky so for ADOS they did a special one time event which gave you the last 8 episodes + live stream with cast and some other performances. You could only watch it on your phone or tablet though and no pictures were allowed to be taken etc.
