Well he doesn't know she is the same person at first, but that gets solved easily. He meet Yue Yao when she wears a veil, so he doesn't know what she looks like other then the eyes. Some years later he meet same girl, but this time as Yin Louxia. It takes awhile but the reveal that she is the same person isn't a big of a deal.

Since its a short drama I think its different. There are mini dramas that have like 2 min long eps and have 100 episodes. Not quite sure why they have different rules.

Well sort of. Ye Dingzhi and Yi Wenjun were engaged as kids, but due to circumstances that was annulled. Now as an adult Yi Wenjun is being forced to marry a Prince she doesn't like, so Ye Dingzhi wants to save her. There is also Yue Qing, who has a crush on Ye Dingzhi and keeps making trouble.

I think it sounds like she is dubbed, similar to one of the voice actresses who have dubbed Bai Lu at times. Can't say for sure though.

To me it looked like there was a car parked in front of Han su's car, so he was trying to reach the owner of that car so they could move it.

Well if you didn't like it by ep 3 I would say no. I found it interesting though and the audits got bigger and bigger.
