Does anyone know why the servants teeth are straight up black? They did that in Khemjira too and I never understood if it was a cultural custom of the time period or something? I get that they wouldn't have clean white teeth, but the black seems really extreme, especially in younger people.
The writers just got the priorities wrong. If they had focused more on the sweet bulit community of the ensemble and less on the love triangle, the show could have been fantastic. I like Park Seo Ham, but his character should have only been a conflict for a few episodes and then he should have been integrated into the new friend/family instead of dragging the triangle through episodes 2-10. You could still have the slow-burn romance and the build up to family. I'm so sad at the wasted potential.
I was really liking this show, but it is absurd to think that a child would be taken away from the only family he has, excluding the criminal, when they are competent and loving. No one is perfect. All new parents learn as they go and having a group of friends and neighbors as backup support would be seen as a positive. This storyline is ridiculous. And the fact that it will dominate the last episodes is a truly terrible idea. This either should have happened way sooner or not at all.
I actually think this version is slightly better than the original. It was less confusing and I was thrilled to see the ending with his psycho mom was different. The Thai ending of that storyline really pissed me off. I love Boss and Noeul, but this version handled the plotting better imo.
Are others in the US able to still see this on Gagaoolala? I had it available, but now it just says Coming Soon. Is this just a me issue or are others seeing this too?
I was so bummed when Fluke was taken off this project, but now that I've seen the first episode, I'm not sure he would have fit North. I think he may have come off as too mature for that type of character. I really hope he finds other success though because I think he has so much potential.
1. Junior and Mark are both dressed exquisitely so far. Mature era for them is gonna be amazing. 2. Tim's betrayal is going to crush Pai. And me probably. 3. The sloppiness of Yu and North's whole situation is gonna be fun to see play out.
imo middleman's love and bed friend are quite good, and there will be also ,,your third,, which can also be great,…
Bed Friend is the only one of his shows that I really liked. Love Sick wasn't bad, but again, dragged a ton. I was actually really disappointed by Middleman's Love because I love Tutor and Yim, but it was mess to me.
I'm worried about Your Third since Suntiny was probably my least favorite BL I've seen. But I'm hoping since Your Third is a totally differnt genre it'll be better.
I just looked up what this director has worked on before and it seems his pacing choices have consistently been terrible. His work just drags and drags, even when he has solid actors.
I don't understand why are they forced to train for singing ?? Can't OSTs be sung by actual singers ? 🙄Shouldn't…
I could not agree more! I don't understand why there is such a push for them all to be triple threats. Just let them lean into their natural talents and interests, don't force something more.
