It involved being vulnerable and "naked" in front of a stranger who might or might not be on your side. This scene also showcased that she is not entirely the selfish person many people claimed her to be. She confessed the truth, turned herself in, and asked him to lock her up in exchange for her friend's life and freedom. He said, "It's too late," and, as a last resort, she removed her outer layers, indicating that she was willing to do "anything" for him, as long as he could save her friend. She was taking a gamble, thinking that maybe, just maybe, he likes her. But for those who watched episode 13, we all know the real reason why he did all those things for her. Although he initially did it to set her up, up until this moment, seeing her in her vulnerable state, showcasing the scars that scarred her for life, something in him "ignited." Thus, he couldn't resist tracing the "pain" etched on her face and body. At this point, he was deeply intrigued by her, captivated by the layers of her vulnerability, and was drawn to her. He may have initially thought she was just selfish, manipulative, and ruthless, but it turns out, she has this other side...
