Did the ML only find out that he’s the grandfather’s son when real BSE told him during the last scene of EP11?
Thank you! Assuming he knew all along about his actual dad, so he knew that his fake mom killed his actual dad, and he didn’t do anything? He’s been keeping that evidence for a year then 🤔
So the episode 11 synopsis pretty much says Saeon figures out or at least has a hunch as to who the whole mastermind…
I’m hoping 2ML is involved somehow. So far, he was just a red herring and has too much screen time for that. I hope the writers give him more and make his character more complex. There are a few motives that he could be involved: 1. He wants revenge for his 3 friends who got killed by real BSE. 2. He’s jealous of ML since he likes FL.
How did 3 of them get acquainted? 2ML is quite resourceful, he’s supposed to be good in crime stuff since he has a popular channel as well. 1. He might find real BSE, he remembered him from the mansion. It’s not hard to spot his distinct eyes. 2ML is also a psychiatrist, he knows how to handle psycho like real BSE. 2. He might have found PDJ’s info earlier, and he didn’t share with crime show team. He kept stalling when they asked him if he has got info about the twins. PDJ’s info is not hard to get, ML’s reporter friend could get that in seconds.
My theory is 2ML is using real BSE and PDJ as puppets to bring down the entire Baek household. He needs to scheme carefully because how powerful they are. When he gets all the evidence, he would expose them on his established youtube channel, so even main media like Chairman Hong’s could not stop that.
1. How did PDJ and real BSE get acquainted in the first place? And what motives did real BSE told PDJ against ML? 2. How did PDJ and real BSE find out about ML & FL secret marriage in the first place? It seems like real BSE didn’t have any contact with his mom too.
1. During 2010-2017, why does WQS (LZW’s soul) not tell HYX about the whole time travel thing?2. What’s the…
Ah I get it now, thank you! LZW wants to continue the loop so that he can keep meeting and loving her all over again. At the end HYX is willing to stop the loop by destroying the tape, because even though she won’t meet LZW, the loop causes too much suffering for everyone.
Hi everyone, I have some questions:(I will post below since it contains spoilers)
1. During 2010-2017, why does WQS (LZW’s soul) not tell HYX about the whole time travel thing? 2. What’s the reason CYR write “He is WQS” in her diary for HYX to see? It makes HYX go back to 1998. But why does CYR want that? So that she can pretend to be HYX and makes LZW likes her? 3. During 2003-2010, why does the limping LZW not seek out HYX? Because she’s still too young?
I finished it, so don’t worry about spoilers. I enjoy watching the subtle details too, this is what makes the drama fascinating to me. I’m curious what are the details other people found 😊
This would be an interesting thesis! Anyone out there in college studying psychology want to take this on? I would…
At first I didn’t understand why some people think that it is slow and boring, because i’m feeling the opposite, esp if you like romance, I think this drama does it beautifully. And I feel the there are a lot of things happening. That’s why I’m confused when people say nothing is happening 😅 Then I realized that what’s happening is underneath the surface. It is not shown through heavy dialogue or big gestures. It is shown subtly through their facial expressions, small actions, casual dialogues, things that are seemingly mundane from the outside, yet they speak volumes. Sometimes it is happening internally within the character, the feeling of being wary yet intrigued by a stranger, then starting to trust them, then slowly falling in love. These things are happening, they can be very intense and thrilling to those who love this drama. On the other hand, some people only see what’s happening on the outside. This is typically shown through a more complicated plot, conflict, misunderstanding, banter between the characters, which are more exciting for them. These watchers typically don’t have the patience to dig deeper, or they’re just not wired to comprehend what’s happening underneath the surface. That’s why they will miss these details while watching the drama, therefore they feel bored because nothing is really happening on the outside. That’s just my theory 😅
this only for no-drama no angst, only fluffy drama kind of people i guess the only tense moment is their competition…
Absolutely, people digest drama differently, and that’s totally fine. It’s actually a good thing. If we all like the same drama then it would be boring and it’s just an echo chamber. I’m always interested to hear other opinions that are different from mine, to be able to understand different point of views, even though I don’t agree with them.

I see your points, however I wouldn’t say that it is a bad writing. I see it as a more a character-driven story rather than a plot-driven one. So you will enjoy the drama only if you like or have some sympathy towards the characters. Yes, the ML is too-good-too-be-true type, but I also understand where is coming from. He didn’t have a happy childhood, so he’s now overcompensating towards someone he likes. I also think the FL is one of the strongest characters in contemporary cdrama. She may be shy and innocent from the outside, but she is doing well in her own career, and she is very supportive of the ML, she’s his safety net. And this makes the ML even more overcompensating towards her. I guess I can understand the reasons behind their behaviors. I found these characters refreshing. On the surface, they seem like typical ML FL characters in cdramaland, but I think there are so much more depth to them. It’s not shown through dialogue or plot, but through the subtle actions and details, and it’s fascinating to watch. That’s why I wouldn’t say that it is a bad writing 😊
