I knew this would happen. I already feared it would have a Sad Ending bcoz its the same story of the second leads as in Novoland Pearl Eclipse (2021).

I really wanted to watch different Princess but I couldn't watch because of the mismatched leads.

I really don't like this FL. In a drama if both the leads are not equally attractive it really turns me off and this is the problem in most of the chinese and korean dramas . The male lead is handsome (though very skinny ) while the Female lead is below average in everything whether it is looks ,acting, etc . In most of the modern dramas the clothes worn by FLs are horrible and they are so skinny ( chinese entertainment industry is horrible) and after they do plastic surgery they look just like those chinese tiktokers.

I think some of my comments and other's comments about this drama were deleted. Do u know why?

umm yes . I liked this one very much when i watched this years ago at that time I was inexperienced but after watching 200+ dramas i still think this one is in my top 5.

No i haven't read the novel but if u want some clues then u can go through my spoilers present in this comment section.

Both the novels are written by the same person umm so will they have a diff ending in this drama just like Eternal Love of Dream where Dong Hua and Feng Jiu had a HE unlike Eternal Love.

However i agree with @pepperonibee that we should watch it in a clear state as this one might be diff and have a HE unlike The Pearl Eclipse where TILAN, TIAN QIAN ZI and XU CHONG XU had a Horrible Ending.

No dear Tilan is not the sister of Qian zi's ex wife .I don't think Qian zi had one. According to Novoland The Pearl Eclipse , She is the twin sister of Xu Chong Xu's dead wife ,Zi Zan and she was forcefully married to Xu Chong Xu and later they both fell in love , had a son and died together.

I know right . Actually I also wouldn't have figured it out if I didn't see the "Tilan" and "Zi Zan" character because it is such an uncommon name and when I watched the Pearl eclipse that name left a mark... so I checked the characters again and was able to figure it out. And also about your HE theory I think it might be true cause this drama is not tagged as a prequel or sequel .

I think this drama might have a sad ending because in Novoland Pearl Eclipse Princess Tilan was forcefully married to Chu Zhong xu who was her twin sister Zi Zan's(dead) husband... Their marriage started with hate but at last they fell in love with each other and also dies together living behind a son later raised by Hai shi(Yang Mi).

Guys i think this drama is a prequel of Novoland Pearl Eclipse drama which came out in 2021 with Yang mi and William Chan starring in it... And in this drama the story will be about the second leads of Novoland Pearl Eclipse ...
