I also was thinking it was way too coincidental that strawberry man met with the chairman AND with just the way it was directed, he also was present in the family only funeral service scene... He is either a plant by the chairman or like you said possibly a son

Well, I finished the first 2 episodes. I don't think he old man is dead, also the wife/bodyguard didn't see him…
I thought the euthanasia contract was a trap for sure! Too much time spent on that because he could have done away with himself all along. It wasnt necessary for it to be part of the plot without a reason, unless the signed contract will be used against the FL in the future.

Yes, her mother came from the Lu family. Her father has no blood relation, only by marriage. FL kept her mother’s Lu name since she is now the sole heiress of the primary branch of the Lu clan. They go into a detailed explanation in ep 6 or 7.
