Can you sincerely tell me (if you watch the original.) that they executed the scenes where the older boys mom leaves him with as much emotions as they did on the original? It was so fast and not much emotion not even from the kid. On the original even the kid was begging her to stay. And screaming. It broke my heart and left me in shock in the original.
I’m not even talking about that I already left my sincere review, I have no problem retracting if I was wrong, so I feel I was majorly wrong? Nope but I except worst but it was just okay. Missing Something so far. What I said that is wrong just for looks to rate a drama high!
After watching the two episodes out I have to say they did okay, the essence was there but it wasn’t fully emotional. The “you can keep him” scene wasn’t as well executed, I excepted more. They did great on capturing much they could specially on the kids scenes which were my favorite and I wished we got at least two episodes of them before they grew up. I smiled when the brother hits the ceiling to call the other brother so he came down to eat. I loved they kept how the dad cooked for them and the profession of the other dad, So far is not the worst thing ever but so far is missing something. Like when your favorite Asian restaurant place is closed and you go to another and you say is good but is like missing something. You eat it but doesn’t slap. Ooh the little girl reminded me of IU.
I already see the comments and I had called it, "I don't care about the plot I'm here for In Youp." "Here for In Youp." In Youp, In Youp. No matter if this is trashy the rating will be high just because of In Youp looks.

Omg I just finish ep 6 and I have to say best Asian drama of 2024 so far (hence so far.) This and What comes after Love. I decide to watch this despite I have never like Yaya, I tried one drama of her years ago and nope dropped. I never got the hype of people calling her beautiful and weeks ago I still didn't get the hype (reason I didn't watch Mark last lakorn, yes, I love Mark.) I think that change with the hair and wardrobe of this drama, her sweet smile and sassy attitude, LIKE described for my Spanish speakers as Picara Sonadora. She looks beautiful. I hope that now I see her as that, and I can watch the drama with Mark hahaha The plot is given us Slow burn and Angst, Melodrama and suspense, and being executed to perfection. The music and cinematography combine to perfection. To me it gives Disney vibes. I never been a big fan of Lakorns, but besides My Forever Sunshine, and My Ambulance this so far is climbing ranking to maybe make it to my top favorite Asian dramas. I can't wait for the next episode.
This is so good that I have a TikTok and IG where I post Asian dramas scenes and I rarely post more than one video about the same drama but with today scenes I will for sure make a video and post it making it twice I have post about My Cherie Amour.

I was telling my drama friend and she was let me see so she went to the comment section and the person hasn’t deleted her account so she blocks who ever she sent messages to because you still can see it but not reply!!’ So she offends you and after block you so you have no say! Like an offensive rat who goes and does damage and hides in a hole!
I'd appreciate it if you didn't take my opinion personally. (People already getting pissy hahhaa) With Go Ahead boasting a 9 rating and numerous awards, its adaptation comes with naturally high expectations. Like one of my pet peeves is when lakorns fail to accurately adapt kdramas. If the changes are drastic, it would be better to rename the adaptation, instead of relying on the original's reputation for viewership.
This is going to be 16 episodes compared to 40, the original had a few episode of them being kids which to me were the most adorable part in the Cdrama, teen scenes then adult. Is like how most of us say the book was better in a movie adaptation! How will they fit how deep some things were in a drama of 40 to a 16 episodes. I know and almost predicted the scenes they will do, the koala hug, the period scene, when he hits her in the head and she says don’t hit me I will be stupid who will marry me you? And he says yes, when he cries when he talks about his trauma. Maybe the bed scene when he is having nightmares. The goodbye scene, the fist fight. But will they have the luggage scene? When she says can I keep him? Will they have the scene where the aunt went over and the dad had a breakdown? The new boyfriend.
But also can predict that won’t matter if it was well develop or adapted because people will rate it high just for In Youp.
Go ahead is on my the top ten favorites Asian dramas, so I prefer to not expect greatness and be surprised than disappointed because had high expectations.
I think she is supporting actress… but this should be edited… I will try to send an edit to the website!!
That so weird when she has equal time on screen. She is definitely important in the main plot, I do get the FL best friend is a supporting role because that is what it feels like.
