Jin Zhao saw them and asked her where it came from😂. She said it was him who bought it and he was kinda confused. Mu mu was like you are not clean anymore and Jin Zhao said he'll prove his innocence lol. Later the day before the accident they get all intimate and he sees them again but decided to not touch her and threw them in a dustbin. About her kneeling I don't remember that part in the novel though
The way the story went after his accident was poorly done, in my opinion. Not well-explained. No scenes to thoroughly…
It must be due to limited number of eps. If a person watch this after reading the novel, then it is not so bad ig since we already know the story. Others may find the latest episode lacking.

He got seriously injured in a car race and was not sure if he will make it or not so he had to keep a distance from Mu mu. Because of this reason he breaks up with her and cuts the contact for 6 yrs. He was undergoing treatment and physiotherapy during this tym but till now he can't do heavy work. He was almost paralysed but somehow started walking due to his willpower. He didn't want to make My my choose between her mom ( her mom was having a surgery during his accident, she got to know only later) also didn't want to burden her. So he just decided not to enter her life again.

Guysss please stop hating on Jin Zhao. He never had anything good happen to him. The only person who brought colours to his life was Mumu and he knows that if she knows about his condition she will stay with him risking her future. He didn't want to make her choose between him and her mom. He didn't want her to destroy her future which is filled with endless possibilities. Also San Lai has told before that if he rejects too many girls, karma will catch up when he comes to like one. And about the ' no contact for 6 yrs' it looks like he thought Mumu will move on and start a new life but the truth is he still can't let her go. If he responds to her message and she keeps her hopes up if in the future his condition doesn't cure, he feels that he is useless. That feeling is because he always want Mumu to have his best version. A person she can always hold on. Also remember he never had anyone who truly loved and supported him and also because of the accident he just believes that he doesn't deserve Mumu or a good life.
