I think the problem with Pha and Yo is simple: they are together and happy in love so it is just normal that they are not so much interesting, it's not a problem of chemistry. This happens with all the couples, there are times when the writer is good and their story keeps on being interesting even after they became a couple (like ae and pete in love by chance) this is not for now one of that cases

The writing improved for sure but you cannot expect a masterpiece simoly because the book is not so good. But this time I am enjoying it so much more. The cinematograficaphy is also a lot better

All the MingKit scenes were AMAZING. I laugh and scream and awwwwt a lot in this episode, this is becoming better and better each episode. I know I said it already but this recasting is a blessing.
Plus can we make this director do all the BL from now on?? These are new actors but the kissess are all sooo good !

I think the majority of people like this version more because is objectively better both in the script than in the acting. Not perfect but better. First 4 episodes are a remake then from episode 5 begins the sequel

I can agree with you that as a protest mine is kinda useless but about the fact that the bl part is not the most important part I honestly don't care (I dont mean to be rude sorry if I sound so xD ) its a terrible censor that china keep on doing on every damn bl story they adapt and I just cant find the strenght to watch something that was modified for these things . Honestly, if I were a writer and someone says to me "hey we will make a serie from your story but we'll totally erase the gay stuff and let just some bromance (I dislike bromance too, it makes no sense to me that two mens watch each other with love in their eyes but it's just friendship... it's like they are makes fun with their audience)I would say to them a big HELL NO. I'm so happy that thailand taiwan and now also Japan are keep on giving us good (and bad) bl shows, these are the ones that deserve the most of the attentions, because they have the guts to do these kind of shows (even when they are marketed for the fujoshi target )

Btw I'm nosaying this serie is not good or that no one should watch this.
I honestly envy who can enjoys this kind of serie and the bromance when I just can't even when the story seems so good.

I can't believe so many people accept so lightly another bl destroyed by china... I just wanted to point out how much cute and adorable Kit his... he was the actors that less convinced me when I saw the firsts photos but omg he is like a cute puppy xD
In this episode especially when we start seeing his feelings come out I wanted to hugh him like a pillow xD From this episode I started to like a lot more Ming and Kit together, all their scenes were really well acted and portrayed. I can't wait for more hoping nexts episode will be as good as this one

Plus the kisses and the feeligs feels so much more realistic this time. But again, that is my opinion, you should try and make yur own ^^

if the previous actors would ever do a scene like that...

It makes a lot of sense actually. Don't you think it would have been weird to just continue the story with different actors? To make a little remake its the perfect idea. Plus that the previous actors had more chemistry is your point of view. I think the opposite. To each is own

Yes he totally got the looks but he lacks in confidence. In the episode 0 he said he never dated anyone so I guess it makes sense somehow .

I kind of agree with you about mingkit. I like them but not as much as I want to. For me the problems are the fast pacing and ming, he is not so convincing as playboy

A cute and sweet episode, I think my favourite scenes is the piano one, really well shooted and directed. The couples are sweet but sonethimes the dialougues can be incredibly cringey for my taste.. as I always said this is not for sure one of the best bl around (for me) but still I like the actors and feel the sweetness, it's kinda relaxing to see and I'm very curious in what will happen now that second book starts hoping it will not be too cliches
