Sometimes skipping makes you lose vital information but it gets to where you can recognize when to skip because certain people need skipping because nothing useful has ever happened when they’re on screen. To me everyone in GiChan’s family qualifies.
Does exMIL have any connection to the hotel or LX Group? Or is she that entitled acting all proprietary over it and the ML? She made some comment I think the first episode she was on about “our hotel” didn’t she?
But Gichan’s background seems fine. His family is wealthy and he was a prosecutor. Not much to seem “oh poor me” about. But of course greedy ambition doesn’t have to arise from dirt.
Where you at in catching up? Tell me this, do we know yet if Gichan married Jaein with vengeance in mind, he did say her first mistake was marrying him but what started it? Why revenge on this family? At first I thought Jayeong turned him with her disdain for him, he went to America but wasn’t it after they married? Or before? And met Jaein B who probably goaded action. The timeline isn’t clear to me right now. Have I forgotten things or mixed them up? You should have a fresher take.
And now just starting When Life Gives You Tangerines (I’m finally catching up on all the Netflix dramas I’ve missed) and was surprised to see her again! Looking at her MDL bio seems I’ve not noticed her before in a few things where she was support or guest role. Her main roles are some things on my plan to watch list like Birth Care Center.
That’s enough of a reason not to watch. For some reason I’ve been avoiding it. Is it good?
Oh and since starting QH I have binged The Promise and To the Beautiful You both of which has Seo Joon Young playing a pathetic jerk in one and his regular nice guy in the other. And yeah I’ve seen his last two dailies as nice guys.

When you finish ep25 wait 2 days before watching ep 26 so you can feel what we felt while waiting. It was a Friday cliffhanger.
There is no reason why in Kdramaland that MiRan would know of any relative of the Uncle. That’s a rule not an exception.
