I’ve seen some of the others but others I can’t find or I’ve been told they’re on YouTube but either I can only find clips or non-subtitled.
They’re not at all GREAT but I enjoy them and will admit to sometime fast forwarding and watching with a faster video speed when I can hahah.

I’m watching A Man in a Veil right now and just finished Temptation of Wife which is EPIC makjang and got high ratings in its day!
Vengeance of the Bride was recent watch.
I love these outrageous dramas.
Oh yeah and Gold Mask with our lovely Na Young Hee killing it again.

I DIDN’T HATE IT. Booooooo to those who did. My only real gripe was Miyeongi going insane. That’s not suffering that’s escapism.

The non-kidnapping was great. I was happy it didn’t happen.
The Goo idiot siblings at the end with the sister grabbing hair like she’s the one in labor was hilariously written.

His character in this drama will have to have a HUGE redemption arc. I gave it a chance since he’s listed as lead that he’d be nice in this role but I dropped it during the funeral scene lol.

One thing I like about Kdrama is you really never know what kind of role an actor will portray. They don’t seem to get typecast like in Western TV and movies.

I’ll miss this comment section more than the drama but I will miss the drama. I looked forward to each episode airing.

I’m currently (April 2025) watching on Kocowa (USA) as Cruel Temptation.

I have totally bingeing Temptation of Wife (Cruel Temptation on Kocowa) and because of this my bar for makjang is set higher. I’m not sure anything will be good enough now 🤣
Not one but TWO crazies(hate using that but it fits) AND they team up HAHAHAHAH
I have ~20 eps to go right now and will have to find another to replace it. 😥😅
I’ll be looking for all of this writer’s dramas now.

YJ was a little abstract, 20 years removed, when SY felt that relief but now YJ is tied to SY’s reliving the “trauma” she went through with the lies and the guilt.
I can see how both happens to a psychologically damaged person.

Willingness to forgive is a good person’s trait used as a trope in revenge stories and other stories, the “that’s okay, just don’t do it again” trope. Invariably the good person gets backstabbed (again.)
