We havenāt gotten a real explanation yet. All we knew was her mother treated him like he was inferior. He started cheating when he went to America. I assumed he met then was targeted and gaslighted by SeRi. The real surprise was when he whispered in her ear that her first mistake was marrying him. So there is definitely more to the story which hopefully will be told sooner rather than later.

Agreed on this backstabbing happening. If Stella isnāt aware that GyeongChae isnāt aware that her baby daddy is dead, much less murdered why would she anonymously or otherwise tell her? Stella speaks as if GC was in on it too. I think it was Stellaās boy helper that shakes up SeRi since he seems more concerned than Stella. (Omg did I just pair them up?? Hahaha) I donāt think Stella at this point in time cares if āChuckyā loses her shares.
I like it. I am curious if we will see his backstory and if writers have something more in plan than just coldblooded…
I havenāt seen the interview myself but read a couple of comments about the āwarmth.ā I for one donāt like spoilers and actually usually never try to speculate on outcomes unless the writers really shove clues in our face. I havenāt seen the webtoon or read remarks on its ending either. The thing I read on here dismays me, that this is a set up for a second season so we wonāt get all what we want by the finale. But since thereās been nothing official about a second season that means if that is true we could be left hanging.
