For Eagle Brothers is a weekend drama. Weekend drama are typically around 50 episodes and usually the overall genre is family and not makjang (with a few exceptions.)
Daily dramas run 100+ episodes and while they can have mixed genres they are mostly known for their makjang (explained by Kkdramas excellent comment.)

So comparing these two dramas is like comparing apples and oranges. Not everyone likes both hahah

I only thought the writer wanted a way for her to convey her disgust over the babies in general or the fact she could’ve been one of those babies.
Not much emotion to see with a mask on so let’s have her be overwhelmed to the point of nausea and vomiting.
