I had to scroll down quite far to see what you meant and I just saw one comment made by someone that was tired of people on the RL page recommending people to watch Desire. There's definitely not more people talking about Desire than RL on there lol. Both are great shows but people are also allowed to have different opinions. Let's not be petty and childish about it. I think it's up to the author what they can or can't do when it comes to the abo universe but I googled a bit and there's several manwha's out there where female alphas can indeed impregnate male omegas.
