I think that Yoon A (I think is her name) that also works with ES and HY is really pretty and seems really nice so I’d be okay with her and EH. That way we won’t be dealing with brother and sister dating aunt and nephew too.

I agree. I just can’t see a redemption arc that will make me feel like she is sincere in a relationship with EH. And honestly how will ES be able to trust her as her sister in law?

A lot of things make sense to me but I’m always wrong when the truth comes out. 😂 I’m looking forward yet dreading the ending.

I had a thought this morning and it probably is completely off base but could the person that is in the “mad house”at the beginning they are questioning be the Crown Prince’s eunuch that introduced JH to the Crown Prince? Isn’t that place especially for higher up people to put their family who have mental problems? Would explain why he speaks of the Crown Prince and says JH will come back for him one day.

I thought I read before this started there wouldn’t be any villains but I must have dreamed it because if HY isn’t a villain I don’t know what the writers consider her. I guess just a bully? The episode last week when she said something about ES not listening to her warnings to stay away from SW and the look on her face when she said or thought it gave me the chills.

Looks like today we may find out SJ’s part in the disappearance of the kids or at least part of it.

Can this ugly witch of a princess not find another bed servant and give up on our JH? She really didn’t fulfill her part of the bargain for JH to come back and stay with her anyway. Her part was to make sure sure the freed Joseon people made it safely across the river. They made it over safely but had to come back because of the lunatic Joseon king. It’s a technicality but she didn’t help them so most are back where they started so the deal should be null and void. I feel like that knife the royal concubine had Gil Chae plant will end up getting her killed and then JH won’t care if he lives or dies.

I agree with everything you said. I’ve noticed lately that she seems to get along with male co-workers but she’s had an issue from the beginning in the way she talks to the other female employee so I feel like she probably does no wrong in the eyes of the CEO so no one is brave enough to report her. She definitely has lost any professionalism she had and is in dangerous territory imo. But as you said nothing will happen to her even tho the very least that should happen is she no longer works on the team with SW and ES.

And to just stand there and smile like she was the one he was waiting to show up all along. She will get drunk and probably call the cop and he will come pick her up and take her home. She obviously has no conscience at all and if she doesn’t that will never change no matter who they pair her with. Poor nice guy cop is going to get eaten alive by that viper.

out of curiosity I just watched that scene again and the rich husband said “Yes, you were told to change your name, so we paid a lot of money to a famous naming expert and got the name, Min Jin, which supposedly has a lot of water.”

I want to say something about today’s episode but I am speechless. 🤬

Why would a woman, who is looking for her children, change her name? But from the discussion it did sound like she changed it legally. Who suggested the name change? Was it someone who was hoping the lost children would never find their mother but why would she even agree to it? Just one of those stupid things that makes me say hmmmm.

Are you kidding me? How much more unethical is she going to get and continue to keep her position?

As big a disappointment as AOME was, those of us who stuck it out, I think, had a lot of fun in the posts. We would try to guess where the plot was going and make up our own storylines and fixes. We had nicknames for certain people. Sometimes you you can make something positive out of something bad and I think our AOME group succeeded.

Honestly I was just kind of blah, blah, blah at that point because I really don’t like the rich husband’s facial expressions so I don’t pay much attention when he’s on, but when she said that my eyes popped up and I thought the way she said that sounded like a jealous ex wife.

I found watching my first daily which was Apple Of My Eye before this one that they pack a lot of useless filler in the episodes that nobody really gives a crap about to have enough film to have 120 episodes to air. A lot of people wait until the weekend and watch the 5 episodes back to back for that reason. Just hoping that the writers of this one don’t do like the ones did with AOME and paint themselves into corners and then can’t figure out ways out of them that don’t kill the momentum of the show. Let’s just say the SML that everyone hated ended up with way more screen time than the ML because of this issue. ML was basically a support roll by midway thru.

I would like to know why it was okay for HY to go with EH to the game room without a thought about SW but SW can’t even sit down and have a cup of coffee or a private conversation with ES at work that HY isn’t breaking up or spying on?

She has proved she has no guilt over stretching the truth about things or being inappropriate so on top of having a personality of the chicken fryer she has those added traits. I absolutely hate they will pair her with a nice guy who will put up with her crap.

I feel bad for ES. She thinks, thanks to HY’s again inappropriate questioning on company time, that SW told his girlfriend, HY, about him thinking ES was a bar girl when they met. I would still not like her, but could respect HY if she’d take ES out after work and just flat out tell her that she likes SW and she would appreciate if ES would stay away from him instead of playing mind games with her employee on company time.

I was thinking why would you change your name and only a handful of old friends know it when you’ve been searching for your kids for 30 years. Seems like a suggestion from people who are trying to keep her apart from her kids because no other reason makes sense as to why anyone would suggest and she would agree. I think the rich hubby had a panicked look on his face when she said that the woman who stole her ex husband and kids was in her cooking class.

I didn’t think of that reason of why chicken fryer is using different name than her own for the class. Makes perfect sense now.
