Btw…I’ve never taken a cooking class either so I don’t know if that is common to not use your real name or not but seems pretty stupid to me. But then seems as if birth mom has had her name legally changed which absolutely makes no sense to me when she has children she is hoping to find because if they searched by the name they know she wouldn’t be easy to find.

I think it was the first episode when HY was having pictures made for an article (don’t remember exactly why the pictures were being made but think that was the reason) and the way she spoke to her female co-worker then, that she has always been allowed to do and say whatever she wanted because she has had a little success.

SW is going to have to confront HY about the web of
misunderstandings she is spinning for ES to get caught in to keep her away from SW. Sad thing is HY gets by with a lot of unprofessional behavior because no one wants to p*** her off and get on her bad side.

It’s kind of hard for ES not misunderstand when every day she get reminded by HY of the non-existent relation between HY and SW.

Poor ES, you can see her stomach drop now every time HY wants to chat with her. HY isn’t above stretching the truth to get the personal information she wants out of ES. ES doesn’t want to disrespect the person who was willing to give her a chance to work with them, so she answers whatever she is asked by HY even tho it has nothing to do with anything she is doing or done at work, but is all personal information about ES and SW’s non existent relationship because of the blind jealousy HY feels towards her over the man that has zero feelings for her (HY).

I hope I get your enthusiasm for them as a couple. To me she is a junior version of his step mother in her attitude toward everyone. And the old song “if you can’t be with the one you love, love the one you’re with” ran thru my mind as she was all giddy around EH. Sad thing is she really doesn’t have any feelings for SW, she just wants the prestige that would go along with being his gf or wife since she made up her mind sight unseen that she was going to make him fall in love with her and get married from a picture and article in a magazine when it was announced he was coming to work with them.

But I will try my best to keep an open mind toward them as a couple even tho I have a really hard time finding anything positive about her right now. ☺️

The actor that plays SW did an excellent job today with the emotional parts. You could tell how bad he felt by what he thought about and said to ES.

I think all but a few people watching this drama are done with HY’s inappropriate behavior to everyone she works with especially ES and SW. The preview shows her being all cutesy with EH next. There is nothing cute or remotely funny about the character they have written. You can tell by the hesitation that ES knows what’s coming now every time HY asks her to take a break with her. ES escapes as quickly as she can every time and as soon as she shuts the door it’s like a second personality takes over HY’s body with the complete change of facial expression, attitude and tone of voice. Maybe the movie they are making will turn into one about her murdering her supposed love rival over SW. 😳

Stalking doesn’t always end in violence. Unfortunately on most these dramas the stalker usually succeeds in making the person fall in love with them and they get together which I think is wrong.

If nothing else HY has lost all her professionalism by sneaking around to spy on and listen to conversations that have nothing to do with her but give her fuel for her blind jealousy.

HY is a smart snake because she always asks ES for a cup of tea or snack so she can maintain her innocence about interrogating ES about her personal life or when she, HY, makes up lies about herself and SW because she can say it was just friendly break chat. ES is becoming very uncomfortable when HY asks her for tea or snack now because she knows what that really means.

I don’t find her jealousy funny, stalker or not. I actually find her character pretty pitiful. Having worked in an office several years HY overstepped the boundary with her boss in today’s episode even if it was outside of work hours.

Personally, I think HY is a junior version of the chicken fryer. Poor EH will live all his life with an obnoxious woman if he ends up with her but I guess that’s what he is used to and likes.

Yes, me too. Now if she can get the obvious hint that he isn’t interested in her other than a co-worker and go back to being a professional in the office. I think I would be a little more understanding of her feelings if she hadn’t made up her mind, just by looking at a picture of him in a magazine, that she was going to marry him before she even met him. Now it’s just petty jealousy on her part.

I look for HY to use the misunderstanding of the cat/owner caller ID names to get a few good jabs in against ES since she already warned SW that the person they met with that evening had been an actor until there was a scandal when he dated a “bar girl”. I think it was just a couple weeks ago I said I was so fed up with ES attitude toward SW I would almost rather see him with the SFL. I am eating my words after today’s episode. HY needs written up for her behavior at work. The woman is stalking both ES and SW. She looks at their phones when they ring (but why does everyone leave their phone laying with the screen up?). She did a full blown interrogation of ES today that had nothing at all about anything she had done wrong at work.

I think I read in one of your first posts here this was going to be your first daily. The unfortunate thing about daily dramas is you have to have the patience of a saint because the plot moves so slow. 😂

Who is this President Park that’s wife ran off after taking chicken fryer’s money? And more importantly are we going to have to listen to chicken fryer be even more obnoxious because of it it for weeks on end? Of course, she will probably make her stepson go shirtless and tote her everywhere if she’s hurt. 🤢

I couldn’t believe when she told him he and ES can’t have a relationship basically because she, HY, likes him and she is the only one good enough for him. WOW!! How can he continue to have a working relationship with HY after that? She needs to be put in her place and off his team. I had finally some what started liking her character but she has crossed too many lines already, and there will be more, for me to ever want her to be a gf to anyone.

HY has lost her mind over SW and ES. She is being way too inappropriate in her behavior and her interrogation of ES.

EH definitely has lost his mind going shopping with and buying the clothes he let the old man convince him to buy. 😳

I was cringing from JH and Princess being so comfy together playing a game and having a good time. Wanted that arrow to leave the bow where it was first aimed and then we had to watch a will they or won’t they for a few seconds. Then he agrees to stay with her after he goes back to Joseon and then comes back? I was so hoping we were done with her when he left and found Gil Chae, but no such luck. Why do I feel like when he backs out of staying with her and she refuses to release the refugees that is when the refugees will all turn on him and they are the men on the beach we saw at the beginning?

And last but not least, why does Gil Chae listen to anything Ryang Eum tells her anymore? He needs to leave and make his own life if he can’t accept JH choices.

I just do it to be polite. Some people don’t have the opportunity to watch as quickly as some of the rest of us so I give them the option to read a spoiler if it’s their choice or to just read the other general discussions without having to worry about spoilers if they don’t want to.

As much as i laughed at the ballet dancer leaving home at 25 to follow her dreams to be a prima ballerina on AOME, EA probably started the HSN in her early 20’s and now she is 37 and finds herself being pushed off to the side by a younger version of herself who is getting all the luxury brands she used to get to sell.

I have been her age and working as a single woman. You get a lot of extra work dropped in your lap because you have no one waiting on you at home so it seems you are always at work and when you finally clock out you just want to go home. Outside of work I didn’t have many friends because of the number of hours I worked and my work friends had all gone home early to take care of their families.

But if she had friends spending much time with her parents would scare them away and we’ve already seen her chicken fryer temper on a few occasions.

Just an FYI: I’m an old spinster and don’t have an explosive temper. So because GS and EA have little or no experience at love at a young age, that means they don’t know how to find love and happiness with each other now that they are older? I’m not upset with your post. I guess I didn’t realize we older people are so clueless about love. ☺️
