I would just like to know why she doesn’t have to work. Is she like the chick on AOME and someone’s “side piece” or a lot of peoples? I think she wouldn’t last long in a relationship like that but you never know. 😂

I thought that part was so funny. Why hasn’t she ever worked for her brother-in-law anyway? How has she lived all these years? I guess if you eat all your meals on someone else’s dime it saves you money but you still have rent and utilities. Just curious.

Has anyone else found themselves saying to the tv “Jang Hyun, look she’s right there in front of you!” It’s been so frustrating.

I’ve not liked the female that hunts the escaped captives since the first episode she was in. It’s not because I thought they would pair her with Jang Hyun but because this woman is purely evil enough to hunt down other women to send back as slaves knowing what they would be facing in their future and that made my skin crawl. Now that I know her real identity and the way she is demanding Jang Hyun, it’s even worse. I’m afraid Jang Hyun and Gail Chae will have a hard time escaping her evilness.

And, of course, the a-hole officer husband was told Gil Chae had been sold so he left her there thinking she is soiled goods now. What a man. My hope that he dies a grizzly death hasn’t come to fruition yet but keeping hope alive. 😬

Unfortunately a lot of useless filler, that makes no sense, is used to make sure they have enough angst to keep the drama going for 120 episodes.

Witch’s dad seems to be extremely rich and seems to do whatever the witch wants. He already paid to keep FL getting a role in the local theater so could see him pulling strings to make sure his daughter got this role.

Yes. It makes sense because we all used to wait impatiently for the subs on AOME and someone would post as soon as they were available. For me, so far, I don’t wait impatiently for the subs. Sometimes I watch them early sometimes I will remember later in the day that I haven’t watched them and will watch them then.

We all know how they completely screwed up the ML’s part and he basically became a support role and no where near the lead role that was supposed to be his. But obviously the evil SML part must have been much funner to write than a decent young dad trying to raise his daughter. Kind of the vibe I’m getting with the SFL over the FL.

I assumed since BM witch got walked out by someone working on the show and our FL walked out alone that they were giving the lead of the movie, star treatment. And if she happens to be the CEO’s daughter who else would they dare give the part to? I don’t know how old the skater they are doing the movie about is supposed to be but the BM witch looks 10 years older than our FL.

Fingers crossed you are right. But this is starting to feel a whole lot like AOME except the FL is the one left out of this one except maybe a passing glance with the ML or if we’re lucky some flirty few word arguments now and then. But I fear after today we won’t only have to watch the SFL chase after the ML but also the witch of the Blue Moon.

I think I have leftover AOME syndrome and won’t believe anything about the synopsis until I see it actually happening.

By then they will have the SFL engaged to the ML up until about episode 110. 😂

Absolutely happens in real life. I used to do hiring and just because they have experience in that line of work doesn’t mean they have what it takes to fit in with your plans and often are not willing to conform their ideas from other employment into their current place of employment. So experienced is not always the smart hire. Mean me hopes the Blue Moon witch, even tho she won the audition, screws up for payback for all the crap she has said and done to FL.

After watching subs, SFL and the Blue Moon Theater witch should become BFF’s because they both are exactly alike personality and attitude wise. I already hate to see their faces on my tv screen and we are only 21 episodes in. 😬

I guess I should have known it was too good to be true we had finally seen the last of the Blue Moon theater witch. Watching the SFL attitude daily is bad enough but the possibility of having both together is going to be miserable.

There is a lot in this story so far that is confusing or, to me, makes no sense. My biggest question is about the birth mom’s sister. Why does she not work? She seems to do everything but sleep at her sister’s house. I think she lives in her own apartment/house (I’d have to go back and check on that fact) but if she does, how does she pay for it or does the sister’s husband take care of her almost like he would a mistress? Not saying she is his mistress but why is he willing to take care of his sis-in-law to that extent yet is mad at his youngest daughter for not working and threatened to kick her out without a penny if she didn’t do what she was told. To me, he is a male version of the chicken fryer.

After the divorce, I believe the ex-husband truly believed the birth mom would come and get their children to raise but then quickly moved to the Philippines. How did they come up with that amount of money quickly to pick up and move?

I also am over the almost seeing each other. Just do it and get it over with. I think that possibly the sister and the chicken fryer colluded to separate the husband and wife. And he is a such a subservient man his then wife told him to get a divorce, so he did. Then the home wrecking chicken fryer told him to marry her, so he did.

Lastly, I’m frustrated on the lack of interaction between ML and FL. We all saw this happen on AOME and know what happened there.

I figure the ex’s won’t actually interact until after the ML and the FL start being interested in each other. (That is if KBS doesn’t decide to keep him with the SFL, which will not surprise me. I’m trying to keep my hopes at a minimum so I’m not disappointed when it all goes to crap.)

I think both the sister and the chicken fryer have been at this act for 30 years and know just how far to go along in their acts to make themselves look like they are trying to help with the one helping her sister try to find her kids or the chicken fryer trying to help her husband by acting like she doesn’t understand why his ex-wife abandoned their kids and his maybe actually seeing the birth mother. I’m beginning to notice that when it gets a little closer than they like they quickly back off situations and conversations. Like the sister suddenly getting a call to remind her of a high school friends date or the chicken fryer changing the subject to why any rich man would want anything to do with the birth mother.

I was just saying if it happened in real life to my mom because we all look so much alike. Didn’t mean too much by it. Guess I need to remember to put a laughing emoji.

The birth mother is so clueless about her kids, at this point, that she sat and said all kind of snarky things about the home shopping network model, who is her daughter, that she wouldn’t have said had she had even had an inkling that she could possibly be her daughter. With my family it would be easy for my mom to have recognized us 30 years without seeing my sisters and I. My oldest sister was the image of my grandma, my sister is the image of my aunt and I am almost the mirror image of my mom.
