I get where you're coming from—not every show is for everyone, and you're totally entitled to your opinion. But I think calling it just “food play with sex” kind of oversimplifies what that scene was trying to do. For a lot of viewers and the actors themselves, it wasn’t about the literal honey or the sex, it was about the emotional undercurrent—trust, longing, and the way desire and restraint collide. It was intimate in a way that wasn’t just physical, which is probably why it resonated with so many people.

That said, if it didn’t click for you, that’s totally valid. The show has a particular vibe, and if that doesn't do anything for you, that’s not a crime. Not everything has to hit for everyone—even with a great cast. Just like some people feel deeply moved, others feel nothing, and that’s the beauty of opinions and perspectives.

Yeah, he's naturally good looking as is, I get they wanted to kinda fit the manga's characters and appearance but the colored contacts are a bit much.

It's just because of all the character personality changes they made, like Junta's adaptation from the biggest but most lovable red flag to such a perfect and sweet green flag made me think they wouldn't add Johnny's character as a rapist, maybe as a manipulator or someone who was trying to take Akin away from Jin, but not a rapist.

This was so good, the acting was everything. We're supposed to hate Johnny but his visual and sassy acting is really good and fits the character he's playing. Peanut is an amazing actor.

I feel like I know what's going to happen next episode and I'm desperately waiting for it. Boom and Smart continue to amaze me every episode we get.

It's really hard for me to adjust to the cutie patootie of a green flag Jin is. It's just so hard because he was inspired by the anime/manga character who was the complete opposite, well still cute in some scenes, but INTENSE.

YES, that I give kudos too because I was expecting craziness when I heard about it. Takato/Akin was harassed every episode of the anime lmao.
Yeah, they even changed up the acting in the acting of the anime, like they were doctor's in the anime/manga, but in the drama they were investigators or cops. But their chemistry and interaction make the bearable and so good.

It's funny how it was the other way around in the manga. How the tables have turned.

YES DUDE I LOVED RED FLAG JUNTA, AS UNHEALTHY AS IT SOUNDS BUT I ALSO LOVE GREEN FLAG JIN! I thought it'd be a little freaky and the dialogue and acting would go the same way as the manga but they changed it up so much, I'm assuming so it's not NC scenes every episode lmfao. I like it, I think it's refreshing and a good idea, but I still prefer the anime/manga better.

But their chemistry is chemistrying mother truckers! Like wow wow wow, I'm starstruck. They have me on a chokehold. At first I was skeptical about Smart playing "Junta" because he looks very cutesy plus they added the contacts in the drama, and in the anime he's portrayed as a very masculine and toxic man, but he has come to surprise me.
And Boom was obviously, absolutely perfect for the role. He was born for it. I hope this series accomplishes great things!

I was shook by how much they switched up the storyline in the drama vs the manga/anime, and I was scared that it would ruin the romance part of things but then THAT SCENE CAME-
Y'all do not understand how many times I re-watched the anime version, (that specific episode) like MILLIONS OF TIMES, and now to see it live action, real hot ass men in front of me, just choke me with a hand full of honey too.

I will get this drama to millions of views by how many times I'll re-watch this lmfao. I cann't imagine the hot bus scene possibly next episode.

I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR THIS SERIES AND I AM HYPED! The adaptation is absolutely amazing, I've always been disappointed by manga adaptations in Thai drama, but THIS IS PEAK!

Idk if it was just me, but I gave up on Cooking Crush after the 2nd episode. I mean it took me almost a week to even finish those 2 episodes. Not Me was pretty good though. I don't really get why OffGun are so hyped up though as an acting couple. I think their acting individually is pretty diverse though.
