I didn't say that. Maybe because I'm more into comedic series I enjoyed their acting a lot in this one, but I do not look at actors in a romantic way, the most I do is admire them for their job, which is being an actor.

And my comment was not to say First and Khao are bad actors because that's far from it. I just found them more interesting and engaging in series like Only Friends or Moonlight Chicken (which I'm still watching, I love it) where they just shine.

I can agree with you, compared to other companies their company probably has some of the worst actor. But this is a fun series for me.

Like JoongDunk moments in this series, are just so entertaining and hilarious you desperately wait for their screentime.

I think FirstKhao are just the type of actors who shine more as side characters.

I have always wanted to see Joss in like an actual BL series and I know there's others who have anticipated that and hoped for it as well. And know that we get it, people are complaining. Like make up your mind dawg.

Anyways, 2025 is gonna be THE year! I said that about this year and I was kinda disappointed by most series. But it looks very promising. This is definitely one of my most anticipated for the upcomign year, but there's a lot in store for us!

I got into BL's with anime's and Dakaichi was one of my first ever introductions to the BL world and I probably rewatched it like 14 times after that. I love this pairing as well, I hope they play the characters well because they're gonna be kinda hard to pull off, especially Junta. I'm so excited!!!

Dude, I'm going to like the 18th episode and this series has been a rollercoaster of emotions. Betrayal, love, sadness, cowardness, happiness, greed, self centeredness, malace, all into one emotion kinda rollercoaster. BRO I'M SO MAD! HOW COULD Y'ALL KILL BAEKHYUN AND HIS WIFE, BRO LIKE WHY?!!!
I started crying that scene, it was giving Romeo and Juliet and wow, that was just emotional.
Wook is making me so mad dude, and the Queen, she's outta the way now so idrc about her anymore.

BUT I CAN'T BELIEVE THE BEST CHARACTERS HAVE LEFT US! Like first Wook's dead wife, then the court lady, THEN PRINCE EUN/BAEKHYUN AND SOON DEOK?!

Baekhyun was not acting in this. Directors probably said "act authentic" throughout the whole episode and he did just that.

I also loved the bromance between Baek-Ah (I think that's his name in the series). Jeong, and Eun(Baekhyun), it was so freaking cute to watch.

IU's acting is pretty impressive for this being here rookie acting days. She's definitely gotten a lot better though I mostly know her for her musical career, same with Baekhyun.
I'll be happy to see as this devlops, bro and the "you're big in other areas" caught me off guard and had me cackling, then Baekhyun's laugh, I can't, lmao.

I'll be watching this for Baekhyun, lol.
I also have seen many clips of this, they're either sad or funny so I have high hopes, but the comments of disappointment are here too :')

I'm surprised by the disappointed commentary on this series, I personally think it's loveable and good. It's not the best of this year but I don' think it deserves the hate it IS getting.
However I will agree the plot and writing lacks something, I just can't place my finger on what that is. The two leads are super cute, their chemistry isn't overflowing or anything, just everytime I see them they're cute and so comfortable with each other. Ohm seems to be a pretty good actor based off what I've seen and Leng is really good too.

I'm only only on episode 4, so make as it progresses it'll probably showcase why there's the "expectations" and how it let the audience down but so far it's good.
The episodes feel way too rushed though, I feel they only last like 10 minutes. Lmao.
