A game like that actually existing would be so much fun, the men aside, imagine the things that you could experience in it. Things like touring cities and countries you've never been to, eating foods you could never try irl (allergies), and doing activities like sky diving with no consequences even if things go wrong in the simulation. Too bad it's not real.
Also very regretful that we didn't get more of Lee Soo Hyuk.
It was nice, I was lowkey rooting for Pei Zhen up until like the last five or six episodes because he eventually got weird.
Side note: Loved the concept of a virtual reality game that includes role playing, if something like that actually exists anywhere in the world, please pmo.
Loved it, just found it unrealistic to have someone who looks like Song Weilong sitting right next to you with his full attention on you, but be staring at a guy who looks like he'd rather be drowning in an ocean than standing where he is right now. 😭✌🏾

This was good, loved Lin Yusen and Nie Xi Guang together. Also really loved Xi Guang's little cousin Jiang Rui, he was hilarious. Slightly unrealistic though because no way Song Wei Long is sitting next to me and I'm staring at a dude that looks like he wishes he could restart his life as he's standing on stage at his best friend's weddings bsffr.
I really like the female lead's character, it's not so often where these east asian dramas are giving us very mature/get the job done female leads. The one criticism that I do have with this show was the fact that it was way too forgiving of its villains, a lot of these characters did not deserve the forgiveness that they received. I won't go into detail to avoid spoilers but that prosecutor deserves worse!

I already finished it, I had predicted his storyline and I still hate him!!! He talked to her any kind of way all the time, Yan Qiu should’ve punched him some more because I wasn’t satisfied with just the one. There’s nothing likeable about him except the actor’s face. Tian Xi deserved better!!!!
I loved it, the one thing that truly makes or breaks a drama for me, is how much I like the protagonist. And imo Zhuang Hanyan was written beautifully, she was smart, assertive, and a woman of action. I loved the fact that she didn't play about the things she cared about, and you could see that people feared her for it. Loved how the mother-daughter bond was shown as it grew stronger, and I was so moved by the stories of the women of that era. Life was so unfair for them, I think that I cried at least once during every backstory that we got for each of the women, including Hanyan's.
9/10 - I would've given it a higher rating if they changed every single detail about Fu Yun Xi, I did not like him AT ALL. 😭✌🏾

JFC, y'all gave this a 10? 😭 This is only a ten if you don't get attached to any of the characters outside of the main couple. This drama made me so mad, every adult/parent/guardian in this show failed their children miserably, istg if it weren't for terrible adults all of the characters could have grown up happily and lived happy lives its so insane! To say something nice though the leads did have a happy and fairly healthy relationship, if you take out all of the side characters, their stories, and basically the entire premise of the drama, it's actually a really nice romance.
It was good but ngl I did become a 2x speed demon in the last 10 eps, and I also skipped all of Mu Yao and Liu Fuyi's scenes, I'm not sorry, they were just so boring! Ziqi and Miao Miao were actually so cute, and I thought I wouldn't like them together. And Cui Cui was sooo adorable the whole drama.
