She got married to the prince “current king” when she was young. that kind of political royal wedding was…
😂😂😂 I really thought there were more to it. There were some build-ups in the previous episodes - a mysterious woman said something to the lover and he then killed himself. But this mysterious woman proceeded to give a juicer version than the gossip on the street.
About that build-up, so basically she said something, he killed himself…it just happened in that chronicle order? I assumed incorrectly that she said something that contributed to him killing himself. As it turned out, hekilled himself to save more people from dying for them; she longed for her piece of happiness till the end.
These older folks’ scandalous love stories put Xiao Se’s generation to shame. 😅

😂😂😂 I was thinking why he didn’t choose a different line of work serving the king, like imperial guard or something. I mean…if Xie Se was to become king, I don’t think Lei Wu Jie would aspire to be his head eunuch in order to protect and serve.
I am confused. Were we supposed to feel sorry for the concubine? It was nice that Wu Xin had his closure that his mother didn’t abandon him for a life of comfort, but is there more backstory? Perhaps she was forced to marry into the royal family or something? Because going by what she told Wu Xin, she committed adultery, abandoned her husband and son and did a runner with her lover. Then the two men had their war over her, and she chose to do another runner with her lover. But this time, the lover admitted defeat and instead did the honorable thing to save his clan.
Why did a highly skilled martial artist give up his freedom to explore the world, but instead he chopped off his manhood to become a eunuch to serve the king? I mean…is there any other way to show loyalty? Is there a back story? I am referring to the eunuch who appears to support Xiao Se.
Why does the preview for ep 29 look more like a trailer for multiple episodes?
What role does the eunuch with the leather gloves play? In one of the previous episodes, his eunuch colleague said he admired Xiao Se. In the preview for next week, he was sipping some drink next to Wu Xin. Next thing you know, Wu Xin was medicine man and seemed to be controlled by the 6th prince.
Wushuang is going to be the last hope and strongest person in the Prince Bai faction. And he is going to have…
In the adaptation, he said he didn’t want to be a chess piece but a chess player. I was hoping he would turn and choose to support Xiao Se or stay out of it. Was the friendship with Lei Wu Jie?
what is happening?? in trailer it is giving hints that wuxin is turning evil. tang lian is dying. what will happen???😟😟😟😟
I was wondering about that too. In one of the BTS, Xiao Se points his sword at supposedly Wu Xin, and asks that if he was as heartless as his name suggests.
I just opened this drama in Youku app and there were 6 videos posted under this drama. I watched them, and now…
Is this going be aired via Youku? Blood of youth is currently airing on Youku. What is the chance to have the two shows airing at the same time? Probably low…
