Yes , so far every operating scene is the same , jsut show a bit of the scalpel. It’s def more of rom com than a medical drama. Esp when he is a neurosurgeon we need to see more detail.
As for OFL , I was already ff in the first ep , wat a disaster . All these business talks are jsut not entertaining. Hopefully it gets better coz I like the pairing. Kinda reminding me if LIS.

Yes the importance of connection! Hopefully with his fame and reputation now , he will get good scripts served to him. He is better off now than say with big agency who will use him to bring out up comers . At least he has more freedom.

Apart from the horrendous French dubbing , this drama is has been good so far. This is my first medical drama from mainland China so not sure if it’s the norm that they don’t show bloody operating scenes like in normal medical dramas ?

Yes I agree ! Very intelligent and well spoken too ! If u watch the live LIP broadcast , u can see the diff between him and FL. Maybe it’s coz he’s more mature and also having been performing at a young age.
