I love it, the cast is all star, quite a job for the director. Only watched one episode so far, I tuned in as a fan of Ha Ji-won - I haven't seen her play a chaebol before, it suits her and is about time. But tbh episode one really sparked when Kang Ha-neul went on stage, his energy lifted it. Impressive start, looking forward to the rest.

I don't really care what people think of the quality of this drama, I watched it again on my big flat screen and it seem like any other drama out there (filming wise). It just gave me old school drama vibes oh boy I loved the first 2 episodes and the characters are very layered....it will be an awesome roller coaster with all the plot going on. Just love the entire cast and guest roles.

BTW : good thing, I haven't seen that house (mansion) in any other drama lol

Yes she was sooo cool! I love her style and witty mannerism. Plus she fights really awesome. BFX made me a Lusi fan. I watched her in TLB & liked her acting but BFX really made me see how much potential Lusi has. Her facial expression & physicality is unmatched 🤩✨💖🔥

Would love to see her more in a non-romance action-oriented historical wuxia drama or modern thriller.

He doesn’t look old. JBR looks around YY age look wise. Plus Lusi has a mature appearance in hanfu-wear dramas.

She did a romance with an actor way older (looks older) than JBR before.

Honestly I like to see her with new faces in c-dramas than with the same popular actors.

I agree with pinksprings01 that this doesn’t need romance or romantic male leads. NO male leads please. We need MORE female centered-crime stories with FL leads.

Plus this would be good for SHK to shed off that melodrama romance image and finally venture into different genre.

The first episode was great. I liked that they filmed it in one take (or at least they're using editing tricks to make it look like it's one take), it feels fresh. Jeon Jong Seo is fantastic as usual. Too bad the subs aren't that good and they became a little confusing in the second half

I haven't watched the short version, nor do I intend to. The directors' versions are always the best. You live the experience better. Great drama. Simply amazing performance by Suzy. Loved it from start to finish.

he is an A-list actor in both drama and film, i think he is a better choice than Cheng Yi~

I like cheng yi but it will be very ridiculous if he takes xianxia role again in a short time. Trust me jing bo ran is not a bad choice...
