Yep. I feel like xianxia tends to have simple story and characters. It’s just bombarded with LOTS of characters & cultivation terms/jargon that makes it seem more complex than it actually is. I don’t like full CGI settings all that much. That’s why I don’t watch xianxia.

Same here. I dont like LBFAD, especially the female lead's voice. Its annoying. And not a fan of Wang Hedi. Didnt watch any of his drama. I recently finished love like the Galaxy and it’s amazing. It’s slow burn but the chemistry is so good.

I just hope they are more creative in the costume choices....no high ponytail with white costumes please...

Just watched first two episodes. I am a big Kim Sun Ah fan and so happy she's back. Don't like the male lead. His scenes with the student are cringworthy. He does not have the charisma and looks that someone like Kim Sun Ah and the mistress's characters will fall for. They should have chosen someone like Jang Hyuk or Jang Dong-Gun to be the male lead. The family gathering was so awkward and laughably fake. Except for Kim Sun Ah who speaks fluent English (she attended university in the States), It's obvious that the other actors were not comfortable with speaking English.

I just wanna see Rosy in Xiaxia costume 💜 ( Long time ago i hope Rosy with school uniform , and Hiddenlove comes)
