Hu Zi and Xiao Xuan really went through it in this drama. Hu zi mourned his mom three time, was kicked out of his beloved village, accused of being a demon, lost his friend, his mentor and his crush. Xuan was fighting with his brother, lost his father, lost his grandmother and lost master as well and his friends. poor Hu Zi being accused of being a demon while he is a whole god.

correct me if I am wrong but with Wujie choosing for the world to be healed doesn't also include his brother in that category? or was it specific to the plague that they were experiencing at the time? cause if he was asking for the world to be healed in general then that means his brother could also be healed.

I am sorry but the antagonists had the most pathetic backstory that I have seen this year. we really watched a doll kill people for 80 percent of the drama so she could go back for her dead master? and a brother who felt a non existence betrayal? Yes they treated him badly but why involve innocent spirits and humans?

Oh my goodness the way everyone started dropping like dead flies in the last couple of episodes, had me questioning who the hell wrote this script?

Hu Zi and Xintong liking each other didn't do it for me. however her and Wu Li Dan would have had a cute enemies to lovers plotline.

The production team is really doing too much with making Top a horrible person, even his shit ex thinks he is horrible? like when are we going to see a good side of him, besides him chasing after Mew? apparently the editors are editing this show based on fan reaction, which means they cut out certain scenes, I hope that is not true cause if it is then that's messed up considering the actor's efforts. Some say they edited out some scenes because Force was actually getting hate, not the character, this is all allegedly I don't know if it is true. Surely there is a bit of good that this man does even if it is volunteering at the animal shelter, like show us something good or decent at least.
