All the actors in this series are special. To me, it's as if I am there, sharing their experiences.
I've watched a lot of Chang Wook's series and with few exceptions, this one is the best. His acting is so believable, yet once in a while, you can see Wook's mannerisms creep out! His smile, his seriousness, and of course his looks are perfect.
All the other actors are doing their part to make this one of the best series of 2022 so far. I hope it will continue as such.
Yes, it can make you cry but also it can make you hopeful. Don't miss this because of the subject.
The dog, Son, is one of the charmers of this series.
The subs on Viki seem to make sense. I watched both subs, Mango and Viki and Viki was really very good.
I watched it on Mango and it was pretty bad but Viki's subs seemed fine. I really loved this series except for the last few episodes and the 3'rd CPL (totally unnecessary and just an annoying fill-in).
Yes, it all depends! The main couple was darling and I think they must have had some fun doing some of the steamy scenes. However, someone is always taking videos of them as they are trying out scenes over and over again so that could cramp their style.
It's really hard to read what they are feeling, but some of them end up getting married or at least going with each other after they meet on set.
I thought the series was fun to watch. Short enough not to get bored and not too many of the usual tropes.
I just did after reading your comment above. Funny uncut scenes - I always wonder what the actors are thinking inside when they do these love scenes. Are they uncomfortable, get used to it or even have fun acting it out. However there are so many people around them that I'm sure there is no spontaneity between them.
I just realized I may have wanted more drama lol. Specifically, I wish that Li Teng hid that he was Lee better…
That would have made it more suspenseful and interesting. I still enjoyed it - lots of plot holes but there was never a dull moment. It was fun to watch.
It’s like starting on episode 14, that they changed writers! Nothing makes sense, the breakup, the contrived side romances, Kang and his ex-wife, the extended amount of time spent at the Buddhist temple issue, why wasn’t the writer consistent?
To me, disappointing. I hope Ep 15 and 16 will make up for this mess. It was lovely until Ep 14!
I finally got to finish it. It should be renamed to “Ungrateful people”. Literally ever character was soooo…
I agree! I just finished it and I can say, without any hesitation, that it was just plain awful. I gave it a 7 because the actors did what they could do with the story but they couldn't save it. Female lead Kim Yoo Jung was great in Clean with Passion, however.
One reason is that the FL had had a miscarriage and had shut him out for some time. I think they needed therapy.…
In V.I.P., especially, it is very hard to understand why the ML did what he did. Basically he was very weak in so many ways. He essentially fell into a garbage dump and the ending clearly said it.
Even though I watched this series a few years ago, it still remains vividly in my mind.
Although Lee Sang Yoon is an excellent actor, I wish he had never taken that role. He acted too well and too believable for that role.
This was a wonderful 12-episode series about food, people discovering what they want to do in life and a little romance added. I loved this series. It's very unique and rewarding to watch.
In addition, I have to really thank the subbers who did the fine work so we would be able to watch it.
Thank you Eunji86, thank you Kamjura, and thank you Matchitza for all your work in making it possible for us to watch it with English subs included.
Watch this little gem, you won't regret it! It is very different from the usual K-dramas.

There is supposed to be a Season 2 but we'll see.
