Me too! Those two series were so much fun to watch, especially Noble My Love - few episodes but one of his best series.
However, I didn't like him in Love, Marriage, and Divorce, the role didn't fit him at all.

I feel exactly the same. Rewatched it several times and yes it dragged a bit towards the end but that’s pretty normal for K dramas. Loved some of the romantic scenes especially

I really liked him in My Secret Romance and Noble My Love. Rewatched both of them. I'm looking forward to seeing this different side of his acting ability.

Wow, did she kill the mood, right after the sweet kisses! It didn't even give us time to enjoy the little bit of romance between the leads and then she comes on with the face of evil.

Some of the commenters call her "sister". Who is she a "sister" of? I can't figure that out.

The problem is that we are only 1/2 way to go. So things are happening very quickly (as before it was rather slow) and it feels like glass shattering in a way. I'll keep watching it and hoping for a good ending.

I liked Wook a lot in Suspicious Partners (a romcom), Healer (somewhat of a romcom detective), and partially liked him in Lovestruck in the City (a lovesick romcom). I did not like him in Backstreet Rookie.

Yes, I too am planning on watching the thriller drama coming up. He's fun to watch, sometimes stuttering, not sure what he is about to say.... a fine actor.

As I said, I hope it doesn't go maudlin on us - all at once. It's already hard to take the hospice sadness but now on top of this is the crap gang and that woman, whatever she is.

Well said. There are a lot of sad moments in Wish and very few real happy moments to balance, Then Ha Joon Kyung comes into the scene and I felt even sadder. Why do commenters call her "sister"? Is she related to anyone? Yes, ep 9 is going to be less hopeful and we got more episodes to go. I wonder what the writers will do from 9 on?

However, Chang Wook is perfect for this role as many of his roles were. One thing I like about him is that he doesn't suck all the air out of the series, he combines well with the other actors and still does a fantastic job.

Definitely agree with everything you said. Dragging it doesn't help the series. I'm not looking forward to Ep 9. We are only halfway through. It can be dragged longer and heavier but I hope the writers know that they had a good series so hopefully, they will get rid of those overused tropes.

I don't know. Things were going well but Joon Kyung spoiled Ep 8 for me. I'll continue watching it but she is really crazy. I agree with you, we need a drama without the drama or melodrama. Ep 9 looks even worse judging from the preview.

Depressing end of ep 8.

I watched it 3 times! Each time I discover something new. I think most people found it too strange. The ending was glorious! And so was Ah In!

Thank you so much. The last episode left us up in the air so I felt there must be a S2. Ever since I watched Affair with Ah In, I’ve tried to watch most of his films. For me, Burning was his best, even according to him in an interview,
I’m going to watch Seoul Vibes tomorrow..

All the actors in this series are special. To me, it's as if I am there, sharing their experiences.

I've watched a lot of Chang Wook's series and with few exceptions, this one is the best. His acting is so believable, yet once in a while, you can see Wook's mannerisms creep out! His smile, his seriousness, and of course his looks are perfect.

All the other actors are doing their part to make this one of the best series of 2022 so far. I hope it will continue as such.

Yes, it can make you cry but also it can make you hopeful. Don't miss this because of the subject.

The dog, Son, is one of the charmers of this series.

The last few scenes of ep 16 are worth watching. I would try to watch the last 15-20 minutes of it.

I watched it on Mango and it was pretty bad but Viki's subs seemed fine. I really loved this series except for the last few episodes and the 3'rd CPL (totally unnecessary and just an annoying fill-in).

The subs on Viki seem to make sense. I watched both subs, Mango and Viki and Viki was really very good.

I agree, last 3 episodes went on and without much substance to them. Ep 1-13 were wonderful. The Main leads were perfect.
