The ending was disastrous. It didn't make any sense. No time for showing that they still loved each other. It was such a blow that it left me badly disappointed. Leo Luo did a wonderful job acting - he was tremendous as he always is.

I was so mad at watching 39 and 40 that I decided to go for a walk :-) I'll write the review in a couple of hours. I agree, what did they do after the giant rescue - they just looked at each other and she said "I told you that we would find each other" And then what??? We got flashbacks and more flashbacks.
It did not make sense - were the original writers replaced toward the end, like ep 37,38,39,40? The breakup was contrived, the Snow Mountain was extended to no end....I should have just watched ep 1-ep 36!

Episode 2 is definitely an improvement over episode 1. They do need to chill with the music though.
I agree - and I love Mozart and Vivaldi but it doesn't seem to match this series. Ep 2 is certainly an improvement. But I keep asking, what are they going to do with the DNA testing, change the data?
