Yes, that was a big problem, and her pinned-on smile just lessened any romantic effect. Oh well, it's not a rewatch, for sure.

For me, it started well but toward the end, it was more like Boring love instead of Brewing love. ML looked disinterested in his role toward the end, especially since I would have preferred another FL - and I liked the 2nd couple better.

That was my question, why didn't he ask why she didn't answer her phone?
She is most unpleasant.

The unwanted second ml is truly a test. He is always there and not very appealing. Thanks for bringing it up.

The series was really interesting - it was a good, mature series - we need more of that! I rewatched the ending for the 3rd time, and I am still confused. I wonder how the novel read for the ending. Worse?

Yes the ending didn’t make much sense.
She was walking with her coffee but then we see the ML almost running toward her.
I watched the ending twice and it still didn’t make sense.

All in all it was an interesting series but it needed a few more episodes to fill in the gaps.
I gave it an 8.

Acting was superb however.

I agree, her outfits are pretty bad for a school teacher. She has anger problems. He seems to really like her, and she just seems to hate him. I'm sticking with this - I like their more mature age - kind of different - but she is acting strangely.
