There's nothing wrong with going to another country and trying to convert people into your religion. What is wrong is forcing it on them and threatening their lives if they do not want to convert, or worse, murdering them if they do not convert.

Netflix didn't cut it. Theres 2 versions. The version that was released first which is the cut one, and then the second directors uncut version that was released after because the drama was so famous in Thailand.

I don't see how it's repeating the same things at all. And that's just the history of the world, not just Thailand, woman being suppressed. You cannot change history. Maybe it's hard to swallow for modern viewers, but there's nothing I personally hate more than screen writers changing history because annoying modern "it's the 21st century" people have a bitch fit. No offense meant, I'm just giving my opinion.
