This isn't a Cdramas but Koi Wa Tsuzuku yo Doko Made Mo is a really good Japanese one with a cold ML and the FL falls madly in love with him, it's one of my most favorites. Meteor garden is another really good one, but it is the ML that is the obsessed one instead of the FL, and it's also so good:)
