Also, one has to understand the communication cultural differences. In most Asian countries, extra directness might be considered rude or cruel. Hence, almost all communication manners are indirect (unless it's some instructions to do something). Actually, their job is quite tough to me if they have to be thinking about all of this, whilst trying to give some honest feedback to all of the viewers.
