What's happening in dramaland?
1.An alien (with super powers too) fell from the stars to fall in love with a hallyu star. *You Who Came from The Stars: dropped at ep6*
2. Two petty persons eloped, made each other's lives miserable then got divorce only to meet 6 years after as interns in E.R. Will they resume their battle or rekindle the long extinguished-flame? The most important question being, how would their drama affect the poor souls in the e.r? *Emergency Couple: still watching. Can be funny sometimes*
3. A little guy returned to Korea to find that his beloved Noona has turned into a cold crustacean. Would he succeed melting the dozen walls she's built around her heart and make her fall for him? *I Need Romance 3 I'm enjoying it*
4. Matsumoto Jun is a lonely chocolatier trying to seduce a promiscuous Satomi.
Plus: Miss Korea & a prime minister in a contract marriage with Yoona

Thanks for the advice and the tea :)
I wasn't at my best when I submitted that comment.
You've been deciding new things every now and then; It doesn't call for 5 cups of tea :P

Yes, I've watched Buzzer Beat last summer. It was an okay drama. Honestly, I couldn't get what's so great about the famous Yamapi -_- I didn't like his character at all and I don't think that he did much to bring him to life. He was very cold and aloof. I liked Riko though. Such a cute lady. My favorite part was how she always describes his heart beats whenever she thinks of him.
Good Choice for 2014 :) The best one I'm currently watching is I Need Romance and it may be (3/10) according to your standards. Everything else I tried (Emergency Couple and My Love from Another Sky were poorly written).

OMG, I never intended to hurt you! I'm terribly sorry :(
It's just that I got dizzy trying to imagine the heavy object lifting and I really had no idea that you'd find it inappropriate which obviously is wrong! *what was I thinking? NO, Was I thinking at all?* *facepalm*
Again, I'm very extremely sorry and I feel awful now if that makes you any better!
Sincerest Apologies.

That's a very nice list. Thank you very much!
I've already watched Hana Yori Dango (my first J-drama) Love Shuffle (although I find it more friendship than romance but that's just me. It's such a refreshing drama)and Long Love Letter which is awesome. Depressing at times but awesome.
I liked RMPW a lot ^_^
I've added Bara no nai Hanaya and Love Generation. Sound interesting. (are they depressing?)
Im afraid Stars Falling from the Sky and Byakuyakou are too intense for me :P
I personally like Tatta Hitotsu No Koi and Orange Days but I haven't watched a lot of J-dramas to start with.

Champion, you're just crazy, aren't you? *insert the most adorable smile you can think of here (Satomi's comes to mind)*
Enjoy your popcorn and the beauty queens. Dead King T_T his majesty is always awesome.
Emergency romance is a better title now that you've mentioned it. You won't be missing much I guess -_- I expect I'll be hating this show soon.
Yeah, it's amazing how such a cheesy song could be this cool, right? You didn't like Pride? No bunny squatting I guess ;P

What are your favorite romantic J-dramas?
Bad? IN3 is nothing short than awesome in my eyes. I just love it <3 I still don't know your taste so I fear to higher your expectations and then you get disappointed.

Good to know you're still The Champion of Justice cuz the Champion of Invisibility isn't remotely as nice. Welcome back^^ (I guess).
Wow, I've noticed you've a lot on your plate! I think Miss Korea is your right flavor of comedy. No?

Yeah.I hope I'll like it too. I'll start watching it this week or so. Usually I am not a fan of emotionally exhausting dramas. I'll start watching it this week and let's hope I'll be strong enough for it^^
I'll let you know what I think about it. (if you hate ranting you should tell me because dramas make me do it a lot :P)

Hello Joana :)
Pride seems like fun ;) I already like Aki a lot.
Big wasn't great. To tell the truth I couldn't care less about its stupid premise but it gave 16 hours of Gong Yoo being perfect on screen. I can't complain :P
Yes, I'm liking INR3 a lot. Some people seem to find it boring. Probably because it's a drama focused and driven by characters. You know, the ones with many monologues and voiceovers. I mostly like these kinds of dramas and I like the characters enough. So, yes, I find it cute and refreshing. Plus, Sun Joon and his rich voice that tickles my nerves twice a week. What's not to love?

Hehehe..I have to applause your ability to hang in when a drama is annoying the hell out of you! I read your hilarious 'Disappointments of the Year' article and honestly I wanted to give you a hug. You've been suffering :P
Friends: I don't think they're still in high school. The story is told through flash-backs or flash-forwards; I'm not sure. I think it's your cup of tea.
Yeah, I'm done with LG. I gave it an 8 because I disagree with the show's final message. Nao didn't learn a thing and she'll forever live in a way that a KG2 kid could fool her; unless Akiyama plans to babysit her for the rest of his life. Good shouldn't mean stupid, that's all I'm saying. The M & S part was pure gold. *lol*
Pride: Still in ep 2. It has a very natural vibe. No fluff and pretentiousness. I like Aki. She seems like a mystery!

Ooops...Your comment just disappeared off my profile :O So, you're not just the 'King of Editing', you've mastered the fine art of invisibility now?
Wow! That's some real talent Champ, you've to teach me someday^^
Edit: I've just read your message. Sorry! That doesn't sound so funny now. Get well soon! The couple above your sad message seem to be having the time of their lives. Pretty ironical. The song (admittedly I've only read the lyrics) seems to be incredible.
Again: Get well soon :)

Thanks for the feedback and the friend request as well :)
It really seems very interesting and well-made. I like romance but I like it to make sense. Sometimes I believe the only reason the main couple of a drama end together is because they're paid to be the leads in the drama.
One more question: I heard that 'Friend' the movie was somehow violent. Is the drama too violent too?

Hello! I know I'm a total stranger and this would seem very weird but I'm so happy I've found you :)
I'm planning on watching "Friend, Our Legend" but I was hindered by lack of reviews and feed backs. I've spent some time searching for it in my MDL friends' drama lists and no one seem to have watched it. Could you please give me your feedback on the drama?

Lucky you *knock on the wood*
About Friend the drama: It seemed different (granted it's not my type) and.. I honestly don't know. The ambiguity surrounding it and Rita's review. She dropped the drama because it was so good. *smh* Isn't that weird? It seems intriguing for the lack of feedback alone :P
Still haven't watched the last ep of Liar Games (only half of it). But I'm amazed. The Liar Game organization actually wanted Nao in the contest and then Akiyama came along. I thought the boss brought Nao to be Akiyama's bait. It's surprising that I didn't find her annoying as simple as she was. My favorite moments were when Nao says something incredibly naive and Akiyama just stares at her in shock. His look is priceless :D
*sorry for the rant*

I'm about to finish Liar Game. It's a J.drama. Something along the line of mind games and intrigue. Pretty interesting and fresh concept.
