yeah, Grandma spoke as she already had a son when she was given away. But i guess Chan Sik must have been like younger than 5 years since he doesnt remember his sister. If Bong NIm is the missing daughter it would make sense since they are 5 years apart. It would not make sense for it to be Sejin mom, since she is 9 years apart from Chan Sik. Chan Sik would be old enough to remember.
