yeah the rumours were abt the novel, but the copyright for that drama has been bought to make an english adaptation internationally so not sure if it will be able to be filmed before that.

Never once did I say I was a ZLY fan. Heck, I've never watched a single drama of hers (except for legend of chusen which I only watched mainly for YZ), I never believe anything without evidence so no matter if it was ZLY or someone else, I would take their side unless there is solid proof. So stop mentioning me here on YM page. Did u not get any attention on yz page that u brought ur yapping to ym page.

yeah, just coz the production team is good doesn't mean the script is gonna be good. I also want her to do more mainstream dramas, but the script must be good; otherwise, it will be a waste of filming, and she will get criticised instead. Similar to The North of the Sky rumour that we all thought she would do but she didn't end up doing it, and as a result no cast has still been announced. I assume she rejected it so the drama isn't happening.

yeah, I would also prefer her to do a modern revenge drama, but it's better than the Tree of Life drama, at least. Personally, I'm not a fan of the theme and I also heard Yang Zi hasn't signed the script yet, and since she's hesitating, the script might not be that good. I hope she's not pressured into signing it.
