Makjangs are mostly well received in Korea so no surprise and honestly these type of dramas shouldn't be the ones…
It's fiction. People like to watch dramas to entertain themselves, it doesn't need to be realistic, healing or whatever. There are certains show that I hated but people loved and yet I respect them. What it's wrong with that?

And? You and me have our own opinion. That the drama is not good. That's it. I don't have any problem with the people that think this is a good drama or even if they think is a masterpiece. I don't care. It would be so boring with everyone liking the same thing. Don't be like that, respect others opinion.

Because it's depends of the actors. She recently had a scandal and people were aware of her comeback, but she did amazing and her fans are very supporting. I remember when Cha Eun Woo talked about wanting to play a psycho and his fans went crazy hahaha But I don't know why you insist about the show being well received? Yes, it wasn't the best, I actually watched it as a comedy, but what is the problem with other people enjoying it?

I didn't say the drama was good. Until now I had been saying that it was predictable. And whatever you like it or not, makjang is difficult for the actors and actresses because they tend to have grey and inmoral characters, which are the type of characters that some don't want to play to not ruin their image. So yeah, makjangs well received can be a good impulse for anyone career.
Even so this comment section has been absolutely toxic, I have to say that it was also a fun ride with some good takes. So thank you to everyone who has been educated and respectful about others opinion and actually know the difference between fiction and reality. I'm glad koreans enjoyed the drama because they are the ones that impulse the cast's career there. I hope for better projects to them in the future~
I am not into romance at all, but I have to say that the ending was beautiful. I enjoy when the writers do that "what if...?" ending with a complicate romance plot. Of course Ra El isn't going to be the happiest woman alive after the death of her beloveds, but at least she can try to find peace now. The only thing that bothers me are the kids hahaha She ruined other kid's live now, so ironic.
This thing only happen in drama in real life people never forgive cheating partner of he/she cheats one time also…
That's so disrespectful! Yes, there's people with low self-esteem, but they aren't mentally ill for being genuine about thinking that their partner cheating was a mistake. People forgive a cheating partner in real life too, but that doesn't make those people stupid, they would have their reason to give a second chance, even if they are wrong at doing so. Please, refrain yourself for this type of harmful comments here.
This is why I hate love triangles. Reading some comments the past weeks I was thinking that people didn't understand how the plot was going and were gonna get crushed but WOW. People are going to read reviews looking for a drama to see and they are only reading people crying because the SML didn't get the girl.
Ok, I see some comments about this drama not being romance but revenge. And yes... but no. It's both. Somehow. In the firsts casting news of SYJ and PBE the drama was presented as a romance. They added revenge later hahaha This is why I had been saying to only believe the official website. Don't worry. Only tvN has been saying that this was a passionate revenge about 429108 times, but no one saw this coming.
Honestly, it’s getting annoying when KYG supporters think that SEP supporters support SEP because he’s good…
I agree with you. About the drama. I totally get you. But to be fair, it wasn't one or two unfortunate comments. There has been a lot, and I mean A LOT of terrible comments. I hate to repeat myself but I want to clarify this: I don't like KYG, but I like PBE as an actor, so I can tell you how disrespectful has been. I almost pass about the drama because I was afraid of having to read that types of comments while wanting to read theories and reviews. I don't care about the character, but the moment they cross the line, they lost my respect.
This drama go to flush that time when fl love with toxic so called ml another drama same old school revenge story…
Well, it was obvious that it was going to be like this, because it's a makjang. I don't know why people insist to ignore what the drama has been screaming since the start lol
People asking logical question to an nonsensical drama is ending me haha. I can believe (to a certain extent) that Ra El left the most important door of her entire life completely open BUT am I the only one that think that is pretty stupid that the bloody contract is saved in an also BLOODY folder with more BLOODY papers? Like man, they could have put a clean folder and print the rest of the contract, they only need the one with the signature to be original. It's so stupid that I spent more time laughing than watching the episode.
It’s been already every week especially after the safelock scene 🤣
Aaaaah, lovely Penthouse. That's probably because in that drama you clearly know who are the bad guys (the best part of the drama btw) but here people are fighting over Ra El's future husband or whatever. Anyway I really like how active is this!
Friendly reminder: This is just a drama, this is just fiction. Everyone has their own opinion, so please, don't let this section full of toxicity and have a healthy discussion. The characters are the ones than need therapy, not us!
I agree with you, specially about the first Voice being the best one because I really suffered trying to finish…
Yeah, of course, villain roles requires a lot (here we have Yoo Sun and her fantastic acting as So Ra) so many actors don't like to do them because is so easy to mess up such an important character. And well, I despise people who hate the actor for playing a wicked character, like bro, stop it, get some help.
But I don't know why you insist about the show being well received? Yes, it wasn't the best, I actually watched it as a comedy, but what is the problem with other people enjoying it?
