I got curious and decided to watch the actor playing the chairman in another show ...i watched and finished voice…
I agree with you, specially about the first Voice being the best one because I really suffered trying to finish the second one. And yeah, he does villains roles great, they are basically my favorite ones of him (or maybe it's just that I have a weakness for villains lol). Actually I was expecting him to be the bad guy here so I was disappointed? I'm happy with him having his first lead role but I don't like the writing of his character (or the script in general, ngl). I recommend both seasons of Queen of Mystery to see him play a way better written cold character (and the drama itself is *chef's kiss*).

I don't think they will end up together. It not a romantic show its a revenge and makjang show where no one will…
Yeah, I saw everything that is going on. The point is... did you see Ra El reacting to those papers the same way that she did when So Ra confirmed she was involved in the destruction of her family? It seems to me that the only ones that reacted to that scene were the viewers. She didn't blink an eye with the CEO later. Because she knew that those papers will be there. Of course he has to have the papers that confirm he is the new owner. The writer didn't even try to make a conflict out of it. When Ra El discovered what So Ra did she went berserk, but here she doesn't say or do anything (and she should feel betray or something, because she is in love with him). I saw the nightmare and I also thought it was a foreshadowing, but the develop after it makes me think otherwise.
And I would love if the show were just revenge/makjang... but it's a passionate melodrama. The actors mentioned it on every interview. I don't remember the correct korean word for it, but you should search it, it gives you an idea.

Well well Chairman Kang is not as innocent as people who have been defending him claim he’d be. He’s a victim…
I wish the writer was that smart, but I actually think the CEO was deliberately made dumb about his wife and her family. It's a very common trope in makjang, they only difference is that usually the dumb one is the wife ahaha.

Well, even so I'm all in for Ra El alone at the end, this week and the previews for the next totally destroyed my idea. Now I'm pretty sure that she is going to end with KYG (or if the writer wakes up funny, both dying).
SEP is out of the equation now: as a SML he was the first to confess his feelings and he already said he respect that Ra El loves another man. Yeah, my boy, that's an out.
There's left four episodes and with this structure, it's seems to me that we are going to have the typical: two episodes with KYG dealing with the big revelation of Ra El's identity and the other two with them together but having the worst time of their lives against the power that Han Pa Ro has.
I understand the hype of the drama, yet the problem with it is that it's a makjang but also a romance (sadly) and this writer always puts misunderstanding between the main couple at the end. The revenge is so badly done that we are in episode 12 and we still don't know how she is going to deal with her enemies...
Anyway, I looooooove So Ra. She is totally my favorite type of character. No remorse, never at fault and always hurting. Yoo Sun is doing amazing and makes me forget her fantastic character in Hush. A queen indeed.

Wait a min, we never found out why SEP headed back in that scene to be able to defend Rael? We saw him drive off…
He has a sixth sense better than spiderman. Like in the scene when he saw the biker and knew everything that was going to happen.

I think they are doing this only to distract us from something big incoming. I am sure they are planning massive…
I hope so. I will be pretty much disappointed if the writer really choose the easy way with this.

Since the drama started I have been waiting for KYG to be the real "bad guy", but now... At this point in the drama, without any previous hints, the fact that the preview shows that FL don't even care and the only thing they point out is how KYG is going to react to the reveal about her identity pfttt. We are really going to the cliché misunderstanding at the last episodes. This writer doesn't even try to do nothing different after the mess in Nice Witch. Can't believe only Penthouse knew how to be unpredictable, even so it was for the worst!

Park Byung Eun is a great actor and unlike what you say he's doing a great job with his character. In the description…
So we agree to disagree haha. And don't worry, of course it's just your opinion like I have mine. Every actor is debatable after all, no one can please everyone.
And as someone that has been lurking around here before the drama started, most of the comments were just plain rude talking about appearance and looks. That's why I don't care about some comments.

I don't like his character either, but his acting is precisely the only thing that I like about it.
And no offense, but this comment section has been pretty biased even before the show started so I really don't mind. There is also people who consider his acting good, you know, after all it's each one opinion.

PBE is a great actor. Not debatable. You can't reach this far in a couple of years in a industry that puts pretty boys who can't act as main lead just for the looks. As you said, here he only has 1 expression. Yeah, he has been even more expresive with psycopath roles. But in the last episodes his character started to express more. At this point seems pretty obvious that the "zero expression" was the intention of the character. But of course, the character was already hated so no way his development matters anymore.

I beg to differ. Watching KYG reminded me of a boss I used to work for. Did he have the brilliant skills to make…
Fair enough. I like that interpretation of the character. I really like characters that have difficulties to express theirs feelings, but in this case I think there wasn't enough exposure on that. Like we know So Ra's thoughts because she talks alone (or to no one) when she is angry, but we don't know KYG's thoughts at all (no narration, not a single character that he can be sincere with). Maybe in another genre this type of character can shine, but you have this comment section as proof that here it seems like it's the actor's faults the character is "boring". Nonetheless, I said he is probably the best part of the character with his acting (as you said, his facil expressions and specifically his micro expressions -that everyone seems to conveniently ignore-).

I loooove the bts of this week. Especially the dorky interaction between LSY and PBE, they really try to be as silly as possible. I hope they get to have much screen time together (or even a future project more lighter).

I think everyone would have liked him more if Park Byun Eun would have acted better. He acting skills really sucks…
Nah, you would have been right but Lee Sang Yeob is also all the time looking like a lost puppy and people really crazy over him (but who wouldn't? eye candy). The direction of both men are equally bad. But if people get out of the hating boat they are for a damn ship, they will see in the last episode he was waaaay better because the script leave him act.

Him being embarassed about shaman dancing was in YouTube channel with English subtitles ( Cosmopolitan Korea).…
If I'm not mistaken, KBS and MBC don't upload BTS outside their website. I don't know exactly if they just stopped doing it or if they never did it, but SBS started like three years ago? Most dramas before that don't even have them.

Hi! In case you are still curious about the BTS, sadly KBS doesn't upload them in any of their youtube channels. However, if you have a VPN you can watch them in the drama official website. Beside that, you can only watch a 1 min. preview of the video in the KBS twitter.

SEP’s love did not come out of nowhere. The foundation comes from caring for Ra El because her father was kind…
Yeah, I agree with the fact that he totally has a reason to care. But not to love. As you said, that care grows deeper with the time. Which is my problem... there wasn't enough time! The tango scene in which he realized that he was in love happened too early. I wouldn't care if that scene came last week, but it was just two scenes after they met again. That wasn't enough time. As I said, the script really messed up the development of the male characters.

I have to be honest here, and this is just my opinion, but I find both men in the show sooo terrible written. In no way it has anything to do with the actors (I have watched enough of both to know they are the only redeemable thing of their characters), it's just how poorly developed they are.
SEP's love came out of nowhere. He just met her after many years, share like three scenes (if he really fall in love when he saw her dancing tango) together and PUF!, that's it, that's love. Nah, you can easily be in that ship but that's pretty much rushed and obviously people is gonna find it creepy. Put another actor in that role and see if they find it as "lovely" as now.
Then there is KYG. Omg. Did he even had a script in the last few episodes? The only thing he is saying is "I miss you". Actually it's funny when you are watching and counting everytime he said it. At least let PBE act, ffs. It isn't his first broken character (or even indifferent, uh, Profiler Woo?), but every step forward come with another backward.
I really try to understand the fight about who is better to Ra El when both are such a mess.
