The writers are not doing her well. In the mortal arc, I completely understood her but in the immortal arc I honestly don't know what she is thinking. Loved the actress btw!

As much as I hate to say this, I think you are right. I thought she loved him after they met in the immortal sect but now after watching EP39 and her saying "I regret loving you" while watching the sketch, I don't think she truly loved him. Now 1 more episode left, I am afraid it will feel rushed.

In the first few episodes, it was tough to follow the story but then the drama started to pick up in mid-episodes with a slow pace and so many unanswered questions, but that's why I liked it and some might dropped it for that reason, but everyone's has different mindset.
