I'm not an OffGun fan. Not at all. I don't look those two up. I'm not intersted or anticipating their series. But the thing is, when I watch them occasionally - I cannot hate them. I saw some episodes of the show Off Gun Fun Nights: hilarious. I'm sure the success of TOL was mostly because of their power as a couple. For me personally it really was a horrible experience. I'm thinking hard if there was ever another series that made me so angry and exhausted. I remember I was interested in it, and even hooked, but it wasn't a pleasant experience, so I stopped watching. Got me really annoyed. I didn't like both characters, so what's the point if they get together? Again, that's the biggest strenght of Bad Buddy: you have to love them both, because they are such good people.
About the marketing: I knew OffGun would have a new series even though I'm not a fan. YouTube recommended me the trailer long, long time ago. But I only learned about Bad Buddy a week before it aired!!! And since I watch a GMMTV series now (Bad Buddy) Youtube also recommended me Not Me when it came out. I rather feel that Bad Buddy will push the views for Not Me. And again: the views are good. What are people even expecting? If it gets better, it will blow up like Bad Buddy (which took them 4 or 5 episodes).
This interview will be discussed a lot. If it pushes their popularity - good! But, well, it will get attention.
It reminds me of Sam from We Best Love. He also was too invested in his character and it looked like it took a toll on his mental health.
Back then we even talked here about the gay movie "Method" which explores the issue pretty well.
Nanon seems to be a very sensitive boy. I guess that's one of the reasons his acting is so great. As Pran he shows a very different character compared to the characters he played before. I feel the character is much more vulnerable.

That would be a good writing choice, though. Until now we didn't get much information about the conflict. It seems they are business competitors. I have seen families hate each other for far less. Still it would be good to learn more about it. Pran seemed to think from the beginning that this realtionship is impossible.

Honestly, I thought TOL was a horrible series. The production was good, OffGun were good - but those characters and the plot? I mostly remember Gun being in the shower and pouring water onto himself, because he was sad. How were they named? Kai and Third? The Off-character was a d*ck and constantly hurting the Gun-character. I guess he redeemed himself at the very end, but I stopped watching somewhere in the middle.
I have seen many people praise Bad Buddy for being so revolutionary and different. What Bad Buddy makes really unique: They FINALLY adapt a series where we have characters that love each other, care for each other and don't play silly games just to hurt each other. It's not only that their relationship is healthy, the characters are really good and normal people. We don't have a super-cool-alpha-toxic-aggressive-arrogant top and a helpless-sad-so-in-love bottom.

Ahh ... people are drama thirsty. I have seen some being afraid, Bad Buddy will lose views because of the OffGun power, now Bad Buddy is guilty of taken away views from OffGun. There is just always something to complain about!

As if there aren't other problems in the world. Not Me is doing good. Bad Buddy started with the same view count. I clearly remember it. Took them a week to get 1M for the first part of first episode.
