Everyone who played a part in what drove Lee Sun Kyun to end his life , from the endless police questioning to Gasey*n’s vicious rumors, must be held accountable!

Some say he’s hiding. He isn’t. He simply has the common sense not to feed the gossip of people who live off scandal.
Why do I believe he did the right thing?
1. When someone spreads lies, arguing in public solves nothing.
2. Korean law allows him to punish those who revealed private matters. But instead of stopping there, he filed for defamation. This means he must prove the accusations are false, in court.
From the start, Kim Soo Hyun filed criminal complaints to force his accusers to bring evidence, not just gossip, before the law. He also claimed significant damages and paid the court fees, showing how determined he is to clear his name.
He didn’t trade insults or throw mud. He chose the legal path and waits, with dignity, for the truth to come out. And that says it all.

The initial allegations against Kim Soo Hyun claimed he had a relationship with KSR while she was a minor. However, her family publicly stated that she was of legal age and that such conduct would not be criminal under applicable law.
In response, KSH filed a criminal complaint for defamation and spreading false rumors. By doing so, he must prove that no relationship occurred while KSR was underage. This action demonstrates his confidence in the truth of his denial, as a false complaint would expose him to liability for slanderous denunciation.
Later, KSR’s family, through Gasey*n, submitted further allegations supported by an audio recording, which was later proven fake and generated by AI. This second complaint is likely to fail, and her family may face criminal liability for false accusation.
If Kim Soo Hyun did in fact have a relationship with KSR while she was a minor, he would inevitably be punished, since he has formally denied the allegations in his own complaint. Any claims to the contrary are unfounded and without legal basis.

Some people like to be ridiculous because that's the only way they get attention. And probably due to certain circumstances they need attention.

Also, the media and people twisting fiction into proof of “wicked behavior” are the real problem here. Kim Soo Hyun didn’t "destroy his own life", reckless rumors and snap judgments are trying to do that for him. Let’s stick to facts, not characters on a screen, or stories made by media. I am a firm supporter of a society governed by laws and committed to the truth, because unchecked rumors only serve to destroy the very fabric of that society.

It may become a difficult time for Gasey*n. As I mentioned below, the investigation is expanding from former President Yoon Seok-yeol to the Peple Power Party, of which Gasey*n is also a member.
