Same, and it would have all been avoided if they chose an adult actress for the role, for this cdrama, the actress is too old for the role, i feel as if the director's are quite bad at choosing the right female leads.

I agree, and then they cast a minor to play lead in The key to phoenix heart, i don't get why cdramas don't just get someone who is age appropriate for the role.

i agree, i feel like she always has 3 default expressions every time, and her eyes don't really express affection or emotion like the ML's acting, they are on two different levels.

The release schedule is genuinely ruining everything good about this drama, i stayed up until 3am just for it to be delayed to 9am, this is ridiculous and frustrating, their greed is too big to stick to releasing 2 episodes a day, now they release 1 episode, and at different times than promised.

She never trusted him and its shown quite clearly in the show, she married him because she thought living with someone that will soon die is better for her in the long term.

You're not wrong, but betrayal only happens if she actually trusted him, she didn't even though he saved her life multiple times. She wants to break the engagement with him because he isn't the ideal husband she thought he was, she wanted someone that didn't have the ability to restrict her or make her life harder, and that is pretty fair, she values security and safety, but it turned out the weakest person she thought was the strongest one among all the princes, therefore she has no reason to be with him anymore.

Actually i can see why people find frustration in her character, its because the director's/writers always push for a similar character dynamic that portrays the FL as cold, calculative, and selfish, because they think those traits represent strength and independence, and honestly sometimes that trope when one side is always the one chasing and loving unconditionally is boring and unrealistic, i don't see how the ML finds this deep affection for the FL when she never reciprocated his feelings, i can understanding admiring her intelligence, but honestly if i liked someone and they made it clear that they were with me only for personal benefits i'd immediately lose affection, because the FL keeps going on about "mutual benefit", but realistically she has nothing to offer to the ML, including love. Honestly this doesn't come down to the FL or ML fault, it just depends on the character dynamics.

You're not doing any better either, its a show, actually most people so far has agreed that the FL is not in the wrong, but you shouldn't pin it on the ML and make him seem like the bad one either. I'm all for standing up against normalized internal misogyny that ends up making the FLs look evil, but redirecting that to the ML wont do one any better.
