I love her, she is soooo cute and have the 2nd most beautiful smile I have ever seen
@Ahmed Magdy Fahem: Wow! You eloquently stated your points here. I chanced to read your views here when I am writing to one good German friend.
And now your beautiful words about Song Yiren is on timed with what my American friend, a Drama Analyst wrote to me last time: ** "Song Yiren has a beautiful smile. For when she smiles, she lights up a 50-mile radius! Just with that smile, even when she's in a weakened state, she communicates pure happiness, pure love. She's a joy to watch!" "And it is so sad that for those shallow-minded people, who attacked her, due to her physical look, don't realize what a treasure is Song Yiren to the Entertainment Industry."
Thank you so much, @Ahmed Magdy Fahem for your inspiring words on Song Yiren. ππ
I knew Qing was going to runπππUnfortunately for her, she forgot who she was dealing with. After all,…
@Nelly12 . . Wow! I tend to becoming a detective every time I read your comments. I loved reading your insights here . . So, I checked Ep 19 and found the conversation of Ji Chu and our medicine man, Gong Ye Qi, as an interesting one: (Ep 19:25:07-25)
Ji Chu : "Keep Hua Qing Ge around me . . . I want all of her" πππ
(And as per @Yue, one commenter here = Gong Ye rolled his eyes again . . hahaha )
"What do you think of making it real?" Okay, my heart skipped a beat thereπ
@Yue . . Now, now . . Yue . . πππwhen I first saw your comment, I am thinking what is happening . . So, I went to watch Ep 20 and I discovered what you meant there (Ep 20:10:10-12) . . . The Male Lead looks so dashingly handsome when he said those words to his Qing . . you really know how to write catchy words here . . πππ
I agree with that, too. It only takes a woman to change the heart of the vengeful person to make him change his…
@Nelly12 Now, now . . . your words are gradually leading us to somewhere else π The so-called villain and the medicine man is getting nearer to where we want them to be . . πππ
I knew from the very beginning that, the Crown Prince and Empress are the real Villans and she pretty much allowed…
@Dr Ghost. I find your discussion with @Nelly12 as a very interesting one. Thank you for your insights here. I am quite new to C-dramas and I watched very few of it, considering my time in a very busy work environment. Can you please clarify who is that 'sister-in-law" whom someone lusts for? And I find so many twists of the storyline of this show. Thank you.
@Dedra70 Wow! Your insights here are so exciting . . Your words make everyone's heart flutters for Ji Chu! As…
@Dedra70 Of course, I loved reading your notes here for it seems you're writing a synopsis of each episode in a way you can. And I can't imagine your words when you're writing about Ji Chu ππ Reading your comments make us remember our crushes in school before hahaha . .
I never watched the FL drama before because I wasn't a fan of her acting. But in this drama she nailed it and…
@RilakkumasBubbleTea - Your words carried good sense. These celebrities are also human. I remembered that one touching interview of Song Yiren that she was much aware that people does not like her or always insulted her due to her physical look π₯π₯ . . .
** You know, I am quite new to C-dramas, about 3 years and you see on my MDL Profile that I watched few dramas. I usually stay clear of commenting, but as I observed fans can get intense in attacking unjustly Song Yiren and other underrated actors/actresses, so I am here writing in MDL, in YouTube and in viki . . (I worked in the Legal Industry; with the International Lawyers, in Immigration, Litigation and Criminal Laws.) And we are always moved when people are being bullied.
** I always remember these writings of one good American Drama Analyst about Song Yiren: "Song Yiren has a beautiful smile. For when she smiles, she lights up a 50-mile radius! Episode 18 was very fulfilling to watch concerning certain aspects of the main leads' chemistry & relationship…
You spot it on! Episode 18 is the best episode for me, too! I loved its contents and the character development of Ji Chu! *** Ji Chu's concern and actions toward an injured Hua Qing Ge showed his inner kindness which he is trying to hide . . a hidden feeling towards those whom he loved most . .
Filtering the various comments on YouTube and at Facebook, I deduced that a higher percentage of those writings chose Ep 18 as a meaningful one for them., too.

@RilakkumasBubbleTea. Very good points! Logically true!
People are so sensitive and judgmental. In the first place, it was the Chinese fans who hastily judged and condemned him, hurling him insulting words, etc, etc . . I felt so sorry for him . . as these fans liked to think "they are divine and can judge" anytime. However, since the Chinese Entertainment Industry is governed by the Communist Party of China, what can we expect more . .
In addition, just look around at how they insulted Song Yiren due to her physical look . . . Did you see the 2 reviews of this drama? The attack is mostly directed at Song Yiren. I wonder what is in the minds of those who wrote those reviews . . So sad, we live in a world where people can become instant judges and jurors, without even reflecting on how their words can demean the dignity of another person . .
I got these notes from Drama Panda: "Nonetheless, it looks like, Ding Zeren, the 24-year-old celebrity is determined to continue his path in showbiz. He even graced the stage at the Yuehua concert in 2023. "Different Princess" also managed to air this month with him as the lead, albeit with a slight change in billing order."
As I've written earlier, it doesn't matter to most of us; for if you look around the comments section, many does not know of the issues and for me, it doesn't matter to me. For after all, who doesn't commit mistakes in their lifetime? What matters more is this actor has the potential and the talents to act. He is a good actor. And he is good in this engaging drama, "Different Princess".

As what I learned, he has another girlfriend, while maintaining a relationship with the first girlfriend. As what I have written earlier, this matter is not our concern. That is his personal life. What matters most is how he acted in his role as Ji Chu in this engaging drama.
@Yue, this is such a beautiful song; listening to its soothing melody seems to uplift one' soul . . So relaxing and calming . . Thank you so much for sharing this melodious tune . .
