This drama is like a rollercoaster ride - going up slowly (really, I found the beginning to be so boring), then it picks up speed and then it seems to slow down occasionally and pick up speed again but after the first real interesting part nothing much seems to happen anymore. But I'm not yet done watching it so my impression might be wrong
[HELP PLESAE!!] does this drama have the typical kdrama story that solely revolves around love? im not sure if…
You're welcome and I just finished the drama.
It does have bigger problems than the love story, especially the past trauma and events leading to the psychological problems but the love story and the way it helps the characters overcome hardships is sure the dominating factor.
If you're interested in psychology as a topic and family dramas you could try to continue this drama but it's not something that was really outstanding in the Korean Drama world to me

Not sure if you finished it before but I'm almost halfway through it and found many clichés in it. It's not a typical K-Drama maybe because 1) the brothers and 2) the mental issues of the main characters but besides those factors it seems very much like every other romcom drama in Korea to me
Note to all the people so stressed about the nominations/rankings -
every voting on every website is based on popularity and not everyone watched every drama.
That being said, DOTS was more like "THE" drama this year, everyone watched and loved it in Korea, China, and probably many other countries. It's like You Who Came From The Stars/My Love From Another Star based on the popularity. If you don't like it (I didn't really like it that much either tbh) than that's cool but it is the most popular drama 2016.
I finished episode 16 and at least until episode 15 this drama wasn't outstanding but to me not nearly as bad as some people make it to be. At least until episode 15 I was quite interested in the story between LSH and GSJ (if you watch it you get the name-thing) and how the whole situation will turn out. Yes, the way it was resolved was a little bit boring but so far I expected much worse from this drama. (The lack of chemistry and the problem about Ha Jimin is true though - the only expression she portrays very well is looking dumbfounded and that's what she looks like 70% of the time in this drama)
*Edit* I finished the drama and while the last few episodes were a little bit slower and not as interesting as the first 16 episodes I personally still don't find it to be really bad even though some of the acting literally sucks and the music in Han Sang Jin's scenes did not work with the drama for me.
great cast, but the typical amnesia story made me puke, i just skipped these episodes, then the drama was good
I'm currently there and just when the accident happened I KNEW he would suffer from amnesia, treat Chun-hee like shit and this annoying Soo-in will get her way. Plus, I can guess what "accident" happened to her Chun-hee's mother that kept her from singing, I don't even need to watch it to find out who caused that accident.
The beginning was kinda slow and it took me weeks to watch the first 4 episodes, now I'm at episode 11 and... they had to put in every single cliché they found? It bores me and I hate around 90% of the plot currently evolving. The beginning was good, the end might be good, don't know if I'll watch it or drop this before, too, the young CEO is very cool and I like the music but that's everything positive about this drama in my opinion.
I'm not sure if I either don't get the drama or it's just not funny to me. I never thought about dropping this and it's interesting but I'm starting the last episode soon and didn't laugh even once.
Currently at Episode 7 and I think many people just gave this a bad rating because they were only watching it for L..
If you only want to see him, watch cuts somewhere, he has very little screentime and just spoke for the first time in Ep. 6. (Not sure if this is a spoiler but it doesn't say much about the story or what exactly is happening so I won't check that spoiler box).
If you want to watch a Japanese crime drama this one doesn't seem to be bad.
Been waiting for this for forever!! finally the 3rd season is happening!!
Don't be too happy yet, it was first announced for early 2015 when I heard about it.. now because of other series they already pushed it back and I doubt it will happen before late 2017/2018.
I don't know what is worst, Se Chan dying or the way he dies... Please, the rescuers simply didn't went to him…
I don't know but at the end of episode 3 I was surprised and confused at the same time because of Se Chan dying so.. I would recommend at least watching that episode and then deciding~ :)
For God's sake, is Lee Joon Gi the ONLY actor who can star in historical dramas in Korea? He is boring, it would…
Obviously not since there is a bunch of historical dramas without him BUT he's experienced, can act in various roles and probably has a larger fanbase in Korea (because he was around for a long time) which attracts more viewers. So I see why they chose him
Master's Sun - yes, a great drama.
Can't agree with you when it comes to The Lover though. I was interested in two pairings and found the others to be more or less boring.
I love the movie
I don't exactly understand the ending though :/
But overall I enjoyed and love it :)
Maybe because he still got into various fights and ended up almost killing the RIU dude. This is just a guess tho. Sure it might have been self-defense but then again maybe it's because of the severe wounds.

Too many K-Drama-Land clichés!

Would be funny if it's possible to add a car tho
