I’m making a summary edit for this super cute drama and needed some help with some translation. So whenever DJX calls SZ “Meimei” the subtitles are translated as her name “Zhi”. How should this be typed out in terms of transition: her name Sang Zhi or Younger Sister?

The same for when SZ addresses DJX as “Jiaxu-Ge”. Should subtitles be typed out as “Brother Jiaxu” or something else? I just dislike how sometimes the transitions are not accurate and was hoping to get more feedback from you. Thank you in advance.
